If you have a refeed / carb load , specifically for a season, it’s better to take the carbs in the day before at least to let the carbs take effect: depending on how depleted you are, you could need 2 days

Lower back coming in. Lower abs in. Skin staying to get thinner all over
Leg day today. Something definitely wrong with my left knee. There’s some fluid build up behind it. Could barely do any hamstrings. Gonna look into it not good. Hopefully back maintain leg size at the very least.

Rest day today. Chris also put in 40 mins cardio. Easy walk outside or treadmill.
Went for a walk with our dog, sun is shining , podcast on , quite relaxing lol

I’ve also decided to not take any of the metabolism boosting peptides on rest days. Just feel like I stay more sensitive to them if I take a couple days off then per week. So mot c , 5 amino, ss31, methylene blue all taken just on training days from now

255 today down another lb. Feeling leaner.
First time today in the gym that I’ve felt a loss of performance.
food and anabolics are at a good high level where I shouldn’t lose performance.
And I also had a lot of pain in my shoulders today , front delt area. And it was chest day so it didn’t feel nice.
This leads me to think the issue is (as well as me being old of course haha) is I’ve been running mu volume too high
5+ years ago this type of volume was east. Clearly not any more.
So will lower volume a bit for a while till things start feeling better again
I am holding fulness really well. So I don mind posting some performance as long as it doesn’t hurt the look
Other than that no updates.

Arms felt BIG today. So the extra carbs are definitely hitting
Upper body feels bigger this prep. Let’s hope it stays this way into the shows.

Hey buddy , hope you’re well tooHigh days were quite a few purposes. Physiologically they kind of “wake up” the process of burning fuel / food / body fat so give things a boost.
They fill up glycogen stores , fluid stores etc so this helps maintain a high level of performance in the gym (which is key to getting in shape and staying big)
It’s never good to just stay in a calories deficit every for week and week. That’s what bikini girls do : D
So these high days help off set the aggressive deficit , giving up fuel both physically and mentally to continue progressing

That was a mistake sorry I take proviron every day. Winny on training days -
200-300mg test e weekly will be a perfect diet cycle. You won’t need to take any more.
Keep aromasin on hand incase you need it/ you probably won’t
Don’t over think it. Eat super healthy, hydrate fully, sleep well and train hard. And enjoy the newbie gains
