If you’re assisted… then 30 lb push is a good figure to aim for but it totally depends on how look / how soft you get / how you’re responding along the way. It’s hard to give a set target. Bodybuilding isn’t a perfect maths equation

Try more bac water. You can try intra muscular too. But if the brand is one that hurts then maybe switch. I use Proforma and it doesn’t hurt

Hi sas are you managing without an AI currently with a 1g test to 500 eq ratio? Do you think the Igf-des & lrf are contributing to the pump?
Hi mate. Yeah I’m good without AI. With eq in at 1/2 of test I’ll be fine even if / when I go to 3000 test / 1500 eq.
IGF is DEFINITELY contributing to pump. And muscle just swells up with it for hours post workout. For me anyway

I like this. My split is similar just replace shoulder day with legs , and split delts between chest and back.

266 today so a nice unexpected jump up. I don’t feel bad with it so I’ll ride this out.
If I can keep gaining without forcing it too much which is what’s happening right now, I’ll just allow my weight to weight to keep climbing
The higher test + eq + gh + all the PF peptides together are just working amazingly well
I feel fit, strong, digestion is perfect , mental focus is amazing and so on…
Don’t get me wrong I feel the 28 lbs I’ve gained. I feel HEAVY but not in a bad way. It’s like I’m pumped 24/7 haha

Rest say today and day a day with my Mrs and 2 sons down at Silverstone museum. Was such a cool time. What a place, at least for people who love formula 1 / motorsport

Cheat day wise all I’ve had different is a few protein bars, a lemon San Palagrino or what ever they’re called which was delicious. And a bag of smoke flavoured nuts. 3 regular meals. Will have a burger and fries cheat meal next with my Mrs. Then usual whey and nut butter before bed
So much of a crazy cheat day. Unless I’m in the mood for snacks after my cheat meal we’ll see
Big leg session tomorrow, so we’ll might have to try eat something extra : D

Have you noticed that after dropping reta your mid-section tightened up? I’m asking because a lot of people report the same thing.
Hmm only really immediately after meals. Rest of the time not much difference on or off Reta. But everyone is different. And for me I can’t recall ever feeling any distension in that area unless I had a big filling meal i felt bloats straight after. That’s why I stopped as food went higher I don’t like how slow my digestion was with Reta in.

Whats your all time pb on the flat smith mate?
85kg per side for 8 reps. I had younger shoulders lol. But at my strongest I preferred flat barbell press all day long. Today was my go to. Rarely did smith. I do it now due to shoulder pain

Enjoy the process more so then expecting specific results. Use it as a big learning experience, make notes of everything you do and feel daily, take lots of pics. If you can, hire a reputable coach or have a trusted pair of eyes to help guide you.

264 today again even after a cheat meal least night and it was tasty
Had a crazy good chest session today. All time high (for this year) on the flat smith press with 75kg per side for 5 reps then 60kg per side for 12 reps. Rest of the session was similar fashion, peak strength, 2 work sets each exercise lower rep range . Ended with db side laterals
6th and final training today. Tomorrow is family day we are going to Silverstone for a tour , it was Xmas present off my Mrs last year. Can’t wait
6 days per week feels fine for now. But if weight gain continues to stall I’ll add a mid week rest dayHigh test and gh feel great.
All the peptide are still in apart from RETA.Really enjoying using the methylene blue. Especially early morning. Super mental focus. Makes work even easier

Had a crazy back, traps and rear delts session. Every time I get in the gym lately I’m just noticeably stronger.
Having an off plan meal today. First of my 2 weekly cheats. Feel I need the extra calories for sure after the last few training sessions and I don’t wait to just bump diet food up. It’s pretty clean meal. Chinese – chicken breast in ginger and spring onion, boiled rice, and a couple chicken toasts. This made I know does crazy meat portions and it always feels less greasy then other places I’ve tried
