I would get a BP monitor and take multiple readings throughout the day for a few days at home and go from there buddy. See if it’s any different

265 today. Climbing back up slowly. So to get past the eating issue I’ve started going back to slamming down 15 egg whites (carton) then making up the carbs and fats with an oats and PB shake / cereal bars / rice cakes …. Anything really. But if I’m good to eat I’ll have a more regular meal
I do this most off seasons when I start struggling to get the food down. Which is every time I get to this size
But I feel good again.
Rest day today. Went clay pigeon shoots my with a friend that’s always fun. I try to as much as I can. Did my work and I’ve got my youngest for a couple hours now whilst Leanne took Noah to a Xmas thing at his school.
Great little rest day.

I take about 2mg daily before meal 1. I train after meal 1. Feels great. Mood , blood pressure, blood flow , pump etc. don’t heed a lot of its legit stuff. It 100% shouldn’t be giving you issues though. But I take it year round

HCG during a cycle can help a little. But you’ll need estrogen control. Using HCG post cycle only is simpler and still does what it needs to do my stimulating testes to kick back up. I’d personally just use it post cycle. If at all

Much better today overall. Trained shoulders and I felt stronger again. So looks like I’m getting over this sickness at last.
Still cruising this week. So no changes to the cycle.
Reduced some of the peptides too since im not at 100% with anything else
But much happier today. Training season was awesome : )

263 today so I’m holding which is too. Trained legs today it was it was average.
This bug has zapped a lot of strength from me and also flared up all my bad joints.
Expected since I haven’t been able to eat. I don’t mind getting sick, it happens to all of us, but I don’t like it when it lingers on and on
Anyway, forcing my meals down today. See if this helps. This shit has to leave my body at some point right …

Sundays I eat what I want all day, no counting. Mid week I’ll do 1 or 2
Cheat meals for meal 4 or 5. -
1mg of both daily. As close to the injury as possible.
Once healed for to a maintenance dose of 0.5 of both every other day or every day till100% betterAdding GHK-CU helps too I find

Hi Sas, you say you love test and GH only. Do you do anything for estrogen control when on 1g+ test only ?
Yes at 1g test I’ll bring 0.5mg adex once or twice weekly. At 1500 – 0.5 x 3 weekly. At 2g – 0.5 adex every day or other day

Trained chest and safe to say strength is flying back. Like too fast lol. It was fun!
Kept volume low. Definitely held back which was cool. Once I get past this phase I’ll definitely be able to get another solid growth run beofre I start prep
Lower dosages feel really good too.
So much so that I don’t think I’ll push high again. I’m pumped full and strong today so if this continues I won’t go back to 3+ grams… I’ll like run 1000-1500 test, 10-15 gh, and aromasin.
I love test and gh only cycles. I always feel amazing
Also this way I know you be healthy going into prep. Since I’m planning on another long competitive season I need to make sure my body can take it

260 today. Feeling brand new today. Looks like I just needed a couple days of just rest. I think I was burnt out for a change , I refuse to believe in burning out / over training haha but I guess there’s limits
Anyway, easing back into the food intake today since appetite is tiny.
Trained back today. Felt amazing to start with but my energy and pump tanked quite fast but that’s expected. Kept volume very low
Cheat meal tonight for sure. purely to refuel since appetite isn’t high but i can get down a large pepperoni pizza and cookies from dominos. I own shares in them so I want support my company haha
