    As long as performance is good when you’re in the gym and these food sources sit well with your digestion , then you’re good to go 🙂

    Pull this morning followed by a good ol massage with my sports therapist which was very much needed! Feeling absolutely bang on at the moment and training is flying so I really cannot complain! I’m out with some friends from university this evening so very much looking forward to that! going to do Push tomorrow morning so I can spend friday with my partner as I’ve not been able to see her all week 🙂 Very much looking forward to that!

    I’m with Phoebe on this one. You must also remember , rehab isn’t always a linear process (much like anything really!) If the pain is occurring again, then reduce volume and focus on blood flow. Yes, it’s frustrating being injured but the worst thing that can be done here is rush, as it’ll leave you out of the gym for longer.

    For peptides I use biolabs – cannot fault them! I know some of the athletes have codes for them aswell to save you some money! I use joe10.

    Rest day today, so very much a day catching up with life and doing the do! Had work in the warehouse today which was busy then home to client check ins and calls . My client Mishka is coming up to 2 weeks out of the 2bros wigan show and is on the money, so we just had a quick catch up on everything moving forward! I have pull in the morning then work in the warehouse in the afternoon so it should be a steady day!

    I agree with the above tbh 🙂 I’ve had to scale volume back slightly to keep performance in the best place possible in previous health phases. So if you feel performance start to drop off , look at manipulating volume etc 🙂

    Another busy Monday! Legs today !

    Seated ham x 2
    Hack squat x 2
    Leg extension x 2
    Abductor x 2
    Glute thrust x 2
    Seated calves x 3

    Everything moved well and felt good! Client check ins this morning and a consult for a new client ! So good day all around !

    What an amazing day ! Did upper this morning which was a brilliant session, then spent the day talking at a woman’s stage summit which was brilliant, a day focused on bringing everyone together and talking all things bodybuilding . Beyond grateful to have been asked to do that and cannot wait to see the content! An amazing end to the week!

    In all honesty – I just jab pre bed as it’s the time I’ll most likely remember. It has been found that HGH is better when taken on an empty stomach due to certain elements (GH and insulin interference etc) , so you could bring that meal forward and inject at 9:30pm but in all honesty, I feel I speak for a lot of people when i say, I inject it when I’m most likely to remember aha!

    So GH can sometimes cause some water retention, its this that might be causing that feeling in your hands and wrists, this can sometimes lead to carpal tunnel due to pressure being placed on certain nerves, so be sure to keep an eye on this. I suffer really badly with this when I use GH and go over a certain dose. I can’t speak for many other people as to whether others experience this but I don’t think it’s an uncommon side effect.

    Evening team! Posterior went down this morning , a steady sessions with some good progress, felt. little off kilter this morning though, with energy being a little on the lower side, but its nothing that couldn’t be pushed through (it was very much just one of those days I feel!) . Tomorrow is a rest day and time to spend with my other half , which I’m looking forward to! Have a wonderful weekend team!

    I’m with Sas here – always keep in things that are going to keep you satiated for longer 🙂 I will also prioritise the workout window , so this will be the last place I remove carbs from.

    Good evening team! I hope everyone has had a good day so far! Standard work day for me today . ending with some client check ins and a doggy walk! Feedback form cal was positive and we move into a little more of a push up with food as we enter the 179lb region – this is the best I’ve looked at this weight which makes me very happy ! 4th week on cycle, primo at 150mg weekly and anavar at 10mg daily, food amounts are below;

    TD – 3156 – 268/457/54

    NTD – 2717 – 237/305/61

    Digestion is good, body is feeling good, and I’m generally feeling positive in my position moving forward. I have a call will cal next week to determine possible shows for next year, which is super exciting, so we shall see what he has to say! Training hasn’t changed really, no need to tbh as it’s working well! I check in again with him on Sunday but I can imagine things will just stay the same! Very happy indeed!

    Rest day today! Massage was done this morning which was very much needed , then into the warehouse fulfilling orders and home to client check ins! Check in with cal was done and just awaiting feedback then onwards we go! Push tomorrow morning , then work as per usual!
