It could be the bac water or HGH itself causing a little aggravation here. I’ve had this before when I changed my HGH brand. Have you used this brand before? is this the first time using HGH? Is there any pattern as to when they come vs when they don’t? I would rotate the site like Allison has mentioned and see if it comes up there aswell

Hello!! I hope you’ve all had a very good day! I trained pull this morning which was a very good session! things feeling very steady and progress consistent today! The afternoon then consisted of check ins , a consult and then puppy play time down at a little puppy park! My boy is on tomorrow, so he went to have a family get together with his brothers and sisters which was super cute! Tomorrow is a rest day so time to chill and work through the standard check ins!

In all honesty – I would advise getting booked in to see a physiotherapist because without an actual assessment, the information you’re giving us isn’t really telling us much about what it could be. You have a sore elbow yes, and it’s only sore from the SA pulldown. Whats the pain type? Where about’s is the pain on the elbow ? is it more on the inside of the elbow, is it more on the outside of the elbow? Does it ease off after movement? Is there any swelling or redness? I could go on. If you go and see a physio they will advise you on findings and prepare a rehab protocol accordingly.

A very good rest day has been had today! Had to take my pup to the vets this morning as little one has an ear infection, so hes been all medicated up and should be good in the next few days! As for me just a day of chilling and catching up on a few things before the week starts! I have pull in the morning which I always look forward to then a day of check ins and chilling as I’m off work from the warehouse this week to spend some quality time with my partner, which I’m excited about ๐Ÿ™‚ a good week ahead!

To be honest, I would just use what works best for yourself. If you need, trial a few different protein powers (vegan, whey, beef, clear) and see how you go! I used beef protein years ago and didn’t particularly like it so I swapped and now use the TBJP isopro because I find it sits the best and tastes the best, so it’s hugely individual. `

Hello hello!!! A brilliant day today with a brilliant leg sessions, things either improved or maintained which is an excellent a spot to be in. Joints and surrounding areas are becoming a little sore but I typically get like this 3-4 weeks after cycle has finished – I tend to notice things hurting much more when off cycle ๐Ÿ˜‚ (as you would!) bloods to be done in the next few weeks before the last push of the season! Rest day tomorrow which Iโ€™m welcoming with open arms as Iโ€™m pretty damn sore! Have an epic weekend team!!

I always have my join in and cure coming late afternoon as I train early morning. Always advise to have these away from your training window ๐Ÿ™‚

Posterior this morning done and dusted – stomach still a little sensitive but better! I relayed this to cal in check in just so heโ€™s aware and if we need to change any food sources around then we will! Numbers during this session were pretty steady so I canโ€™t complain!! An all around steady day!

Tuesday done and dusted! Had an interesting day to say the least! Woke up this morning with a rather dodgy stomach, so push was a it of an odd one as bracing with pressing was a little off due to the pain , however after a little while it settled. I have a feeling it was a bad bit of chicken I had yesterday where I obviously did’nt keep an eye on the amount of time between initial cooking and eating! aha! Since the session , things have settled and it was a steady day in the warehouse and then home to client check ins and catch ups! Tomorrow I have posterior in the morning, and the usual antics in the afternoon!

Good evening everyone! Hope you’ve had a wonderful start to the week! I did pull this morning, which was very steady (apart from losing my logbook, which I later found ! ) which did throw me a little but regardless was a good session! I then spent the day, working and prepping things for the week! I’ve got push in the morning and then warehouse work and client work! So back to standard day!

Much like Kam has said , they’re very different movements for me, the way I drive the elbow back varies massively between these two depending on what I want to hit For example the pulldown focus I have during my pull day is a mid back , which means my elbow path is going to be very different from a pulldown that might be more lat based.
