    I would get your mast tested here bud, as you shouldn’t see such an increase in estradiol with mast going in, even with the test going to 300mg (which is a relatively small bump in the grand scheme of things) as Dylan said you’re probably running test alongside test !

    Rest day today!! Just the usual work , a couple of consults and a chat with my accountant ! Upper in the morning and then a chilled day with my other half , which I’m looking forward too!

    In addition to above , I’ve found a pendulum squat to target quads VERY well. If you ensure entire range of motion is hit and controlled , growth is guaranteed 👌

    Good evening!! Hope everyone has had a fab day today! I had posterior this morning, had to switch out hip press for BFR leg extensions with split squat isometrics – I’ve then got therapy on Friday to see what’s going on with this knee! Tomorrow is a rest day in which I’ve got the usual warehouse in the morning , client work in the afternoon and a podcast in the evening – so should be a good day!

    If you’re constantly getting injured it’s not only the training that needs to be considered here. Recovery, nutrition, supplementation, mobility etc. I would advise sitting down and assessing every element, don’t just look at the training alone.

    Good evening team! I hope everyone is well! Today was push and an epic session was had! (I’m putting it down to the new JP clothing !) lifts are steadily creeping up, which is good considering I was pretty unwell over the weekend with some bug (resulting in 3kg being lost! aha ) but it seems things are moving steadily now! 3 weeks until we get bloods done and then the last push before next year. So for now we simply just keep chipping away and doing the do!

    As Jordan said , if lifts are progressing then the volume set up is good. But if you’re finding recovery is poor, the fatigue level is high and general progression has stalled then likely volume is too high.

    Good evening!! Hope everyone has had a good weekend! Its been pretty steady despite having a horrendous stomach bug, which has left me 3kg lighter then before the back end of last week to today, but according to Calum it seems there might be something like this going around, as I was going crazy trying to work out what it might have been! aha. I am feeling better today, so hopefully whatever it was has past! I trained legs today, which was more blood flow restriction based after my niggle from posterior the other day – still felt good but obviously not the same as just lifting tin! I grabbed some bpc and tb to keep things ticking along while I rehab it slightly – so fingers crossed that helps! Rest day tomorrow then in for push Tuesday!

    Hi Argon! I hope you’re well. If you’re feeling the way you are and with whats going on digestive wise, a few days of no training with some light steps might be beneficial here. Have you got in contact with a doc regarding your digestive issues? Because if this continues , I would advise you do just to see if there is anything more underlying going on here 🙂

    Busy day today travelling to see my dad!! Had posterior this morning where I had a slight twinge in my left knee this morning (old injury making itself known) so have iced and compressed it, and ordered some BPC 157 + TB500 to help, alongside a little more treatment next week. It’ll be fine in the next few days just wanted to air on the side of caution!

    Tomorrow is a rest day and I’m off to shepton mallet to do a paranormal investigation which should be mega! Client check ins in the morning then evening of ghosts!

    I find I have this struggle aswell – I pretty much do what hilly said, drop down and gently work my way back up. I’ve also found some GH better than others with this, so just switch brands.

    Very VERY good session this morning. I was stuck on a couple numbers in my push sessions over the past couple weeks and finally things moved today! Very very happy! And then a usual day just doing check ins and client work! Nothing crazy!

    Rest day today for me today! ! I had a wonderful walk today with my partner and doggy! its his first birthday today, so wanted to let him loose in the forest of dean! So despite the weather being horrible it was worth it ! The this evening just catching up with some of my American clients and then thats that! Standard day in Sara land!

    It could be the bac water or HGH itself causing a little aggravation here. I’ve had this before when I changed my HGH brand. Have you used this brand before? is this the first time using HGH? Is there any pattern as to when they come vs when they don’t? I would rotate the site like Allison has mentioned and see if it comes up there aswell
