Finally home after a crazy weekend with family and friends! Was very much needed considering I haven’t seem them all in so long! Got a good week ahead of me , so im excited to get stuck in! Hope you’ve all had a good weekend!

Do what enables you to be the best athlete you can be , whether that be training fasted or not.

Heya team! Another lovely day done! Spent today adventuring around Newquay , plenty of coffee and long walks were had today! Pretty much the same again tomorrow!

Good evening squad! I hope everyone has had a brilliant week! These past few days have been crazy but good! legs yesterday went very well, perfecting a few movements , just so I can everything as they should be moved, no sloppiness! I’m now away for the weekend to celebrate my best friends 30th! so should be a very good weekend!

I always do raw as I feel it’s more accurate. But like others have said, do what works for you and stick to that one way 🙂

Rest day today – very much needed! Had such a brilliant day today in regards to work, things are really moving very well . I had an amazing meeting with my business mentor today and its left me absoutely buzzing, so we simply keep chipping away and do our best to keep improving! Tomorrow I’ve upper before work , the warehouse and an evening /afternoon of work! Another standard day in Sara land!

Steady steps after food would be better, cardio I would stay away from for reasons stated above. Even with steps I would still wait 5-10 mins.

Posterior this morning! really good session! some new numbers set in stone and its just about chipping away at them! I had therapy this afternoon which was epic aswell, all well and good being strong physically but if we aint strong mentally then we need to fix that! Rest day and check in tomorrow! and the another day at the office!

I personally love using steps as a form of output when in a deficit, it’s just another tool in the tool box to use IMO. Regarding this set up, I would opt for lower food here and less output, purely because id rather put my energy into training then walking 20k+ steps, if I needed to do it then I would, but this is how I would approach it.

Monday done ! Busy day today but good day! Push this morning was brilliant!! Very happy with how that session went! Things are feeling very solid! Warehouse was busy which is awesome to see and client check ins were brilliant ! so an all around good day! posterior in the AM then another day of the same stuff! warehouse and check ins!

If you’re eating your meal late and then waking up a couple hours later to take the GH then that would be fine. 🙂

Agree with the above here – we need to see a full diet here to really help as there could be a multitude of things going on. One thing that could also be effecting your guts is stress – how is this on a daily basis? I would also answer the questions asked by Aycock – that alongside seeing your full diet set up will provide us with a good amount of information to help!

And just like that another weekend done an dusted! Client came 2nd today in trained figure , and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of her! Into a big ol offseason ready to come back in 2027! I’ve got push in the morning followed by standard morning of being in the warehouse then client work in the afternoon! Steadier monday compared to last weeks crazy Monday but I love those busier days! Let’s get into it!

Good evening team! I hope everyone has had a good day! A very steady one here, had a really good leg session this morning which was followed by a massage! very much needed! I played around with my stance on the hack squat today as I was getting a little too much lumbar flexion at the bottom so made sure to keep my hips and lower back into the back pad- which I feel was a much better position and I did walk away with little to no back pain which tells me this stance is much better – so will play with this! I spent the evening with a friend which was lovely – I have a client in the pca British finals and she’s on the money so I’m very excited to see her up on stage this weekend! I have pull in the morning and then it’s show time!
