    Another Monday done and dusted!! Less crazy than last week but good regardless! I had pull this morning which was a solid session, really nailing these movements now to truly get the most out of them – so this is mega!

    I’ve got legs tomorrow , so a little stretching tonight should help as my hips have started to get very stiff , this is typical when my weight starts to trend upwards . I’m not nearly at my heaviest , but with the tissue on my frame compared to last time I was 80kg is very different – so this feeling is about right 😂 nothing a little more stretching can’t fix!

    Onwards we go!

    Good evening squad!! I hope you’re all well! I’ve had the BEST day ! I was invited to help present a posing seminar today and do a talk, this is always an honour being asked todo things like this and just create a more positive environment – feeling very blessed to be able to help others! Rest day today due to this and pull in the AM! Starting the week in a positive headspace!

    Choose whichever one you prefer tbh! I would always go with Greek yogurt but that’s only because I’m not a fan of cottage cheese!

    A goood day in the books today! Had to swap posterior for upper today just due to time constraints , and the last thing I want todo when it comes to posterior is rush! So that’s gonna be done tomorrow , and upper was done today! A good session all in all! Spent the morning prior to training doing check ins and then this evening with the warehouse crew which was very much needed 🙂 blessed to be around such wonderful people !

    This is a very individual thing and very much comes down to what someone can take volume wise. I used to have a very high volume approach to my training and grew well, where as now I have a very low volume approach with the primary focus being on intensity, and I’ve grown very well on this set up too. From seeing both sides of the argument , I feel the lower volume and higher intensity is what’s been more beneficial to adding mass to a frame as it’s taught me true intensity – and at the end of the day it’s how you apply yourself in a set that grows the tissue IMO.

    I personally use sourdough and bagels as they sit well and don’t case any issues 🙂

    A much better push session today!! Numbers are back to climbing steadily again which is good to see! As last weeks push session was a little stagnant ! I have posterior in the morning so hoping to get to bed nice and early ready for that!

    Rest day today! Massage this morning which was bliss! Very much needed! Push tomorrow before work and then in the warehouse for a few hours before an afternoon of check ins and chills !

    I’ve started programming these for a couple clients after looking into them for a good RDL variation (and trialling them myself) and I love them – great little switch up

    early addition to the log today squad! Busy day incoming ! Just about to start work then its pull with client Carly today which should be good! Hoping to take the pup out for a walk this evening weather permitting , so fingers crossed for that! I also have a consult with a potential new client this evening so I’m looking forward to that aswell 🙂 have a great day team!

    Hello! Another Monday done and dusted! Busy one today with legs this morning, warehouse , client check ins and then a podcast and a consultation – which ended in another client coming on board which is super exciting! Tomorrow is much of the same, however I’m training /catching up with client Carly who is 8 weeks out and is bang on the money! So this should be good! Very good day indeed!

    I personally go for neutral grip as I’m much like Meg when it comes to mobility with a pronated grip in a press.

    When I was younger I never ever pressed and only did isolation work, and had no issues growing my shoulders. It’s only now I’ve started pressing again .

    So when it comes to shoulder work, work all rep ranges, use a grip that works for you and train fucking hard and the rest will come.

    Upper today! Was a very solid session! So pretty happy! Already cleaned the house ready for the week and now sitting and watching the woman’s euro finals , fingers crossed for England! Busyyy week next week but a good week indeed!

    Rest day today! Beautiful walk at the Forest of Dean this morning then an afternoon/evening out with my partner! ?very much needed 🙂
