Trained figure client won her classed and toned figure client placed third , beyond happy with both placings as they both looked insane!! Into prep for the British for them both! What is stopping you from reducing calories more or increasing cardio? As this might be whats needed to get that last little bit off. As Chloe mentioned send over some stats – macros etc – and we’ll see what would be an appropriate next move.

Another week and another day done and dusted! Busy busy day today a really steady pull session this morning – some progressions , some maintained lifts and no regressions so we’re in a good place and I’m happy with where we are. Bloods are to be done in the next couple weeks before we push again, but for the mean time we’re just holding. Composition is the best it’s ever been in an offseason setting which means the response will be even better when on cycle , so I’m excited to see what happens next. Busy weekend with clients competing and they’re both looking mega , I am SO EXCITED to see them on stage, so into the weekend we go and fingers crossed for a couple of swords!

Rest day done and dusted for today squad! Very much feel like I have been hit by a train today so the rest day came with open arms – had a big drop in weight over night which was probably due to how grim I was feeling after legs last night and with the amount I was sweating during the session yesterday aswell – weight will bounce back after a day of rest – so that doesn’t worry me at all. Pull in the morning and it’s going to be a good one!

Another day done and dusted! A big pendulum PB which I’m super happy with, check in with cal was solid aswell, were very much chipping away with things , very minimal changes to anything we’re doing as it’s just working so if it ain’t broke don’t fix it ! Bloods to be done in 2 weeks and then it’s a final push before prep! Exciting ! Very busy few days ahead , but some very good days indeed!

I inject shoulders , quads and lats with either 1 inch orange or insulin pins 🙂 would highly advise rotating sites and not just using the same one so to avoid further build up of scar tissue

Tuesday done and dusted! Another busy day but good day! Warehouse was a vibe as always today, orders flying out with the new drop which is awesome to see ! Clients smashing it , I’ve got two ladies competing at the weekend which I’m very excited for! Both are looking insane and I couldn’t be happier. Legs tomorrow which I’m excited for! Hopefully my knees will hold out on the pendulum! have a wonderful Wednesday team!

I found my best tricep growth came from a good heavy close grip press paired with a high rep pushdown – plus I bloody loved moving some weight on the close grip! And that’s why we do what we do right? Because we enjoy it! So much like Nath said – do you enjoy them? Do you progress with them? Then keep them in!!

Crazy crazy Monday but a gooood one! Filmed an epic session with Magic today which I’m looking forward to you all seeing. The drop went live today, which I’ve got to say is one of my favourite drops so far, so get yourself some as it’s going to go quick! I’ve got a rest day tomorrow so just the usual clients, check ins and work! 🙂 great start to the week!

I would just keep things as is tbh! Like Chloe said, if weight is holding , you’re good to go! 🙂

Good evening! Hope everyone has had a good day! Posterior today went very well! 9 plates on the squat press will be happening very soon! Very happy with the quality of rep and tempo – a tiny teeny bit more depth I reckon and we’ll be good to push some more weight here . Upper tomorrow and filming with Jay , so keep your eyes open for that video!! I’m very excited for you all to see and grab some of the new merch aswell! It’s INSANE! Here’s to another new week!

Good afternoon team! I hope everyone is good! So push done and dusted in the heat today and my lord it was warm – I even wore one of the NEW vests (shows how good they are) and if you know me , you know I’m someone who really doesn’t wear vests – never have been aha! But really good session tbh – some working sets moved really well , seeing progression but some back offs didn’t move much, so you know swings and round about! aha Tonight me and my partner are going out for a date night which I’m very much looking forward to as I feel I haven’t seen her all week! Tomorrow I’ll be in for posterior which I’m already looking forward too!

MemberJune 21, 2025 at 2:50 pm in reply to: physio and massages – technique and education requirementsHi Michael – So this is very similar to when looking for a BB coach. Look through testimonials , speak to current clients that go to that particular sports massage therapist/physiotherapist, see what their current clients say about the service they receive. When it comes to qualifications, you want to be looking out for someone who has completed a level 3 massage qualification as a baseline, but when looking for treatment for something a little more sports specific (which it seems you are) , you would preferably look for someone who has a more advanced qualification like level 4 or 5 as this ultimately comes with a little more experience (IMO). I went to university and did an undergrad in sports therapy which covers massage etc and did massage and pitch side support for rugby teams 4 – 5 years , so if the individual has gone to university and studied sports therapy or physio therapy (or something along those lines) then you’ll also be covered there. They should also be part of a governing body/professional body , for example when I was practiced as a sports therapist I had to be part of the society of sports therapists – which covers that particular sports therapist or massage therapist for CPD and on some occasions insurance etc, it also tells us that the course they’ve completed is up to industry standard. Please keep in mind there are loads of governing bodies for massage therapists so it might be worth looking into this OR just ask the individual – they will /should be able to tell you who they’re with. But ultimately talk to the person you’re interested in working with! They’ll be able to tell you who they are and their qualifications, never be afraid to ask questions, if they’re who they say they are , the should be able to answer with confidence! I hope this helps!
