Only use them if you need them! When I busted my knee I found they helped more from a psychological standpoint then a physiological one tbh.

Rest day today! Very tired today and starting to feel a little run down! However nothing a good sleep and hot bath won’t fix! Early night for me as I’ve got pull in the morning!

I use an app called Cronometer and do as hilly has suggested – never had an issue at all 🙂

Always uncooked – find its the most accurate way of doing it. Much like Claire said – weigh the total amounts needed for a couple days and split accordingly. This is what I do.

Legs this morning – went a little like this;
seated calves x 2
adductor x2
seated ham x2
glutinator x2
smith thrust x2
pendulum x2
leg extension x2
Took a little longer to get into this session but sleep was a little lacking last night so that could have played a part!! But all in all a good session! Tomorrow is a rest day – which I’m looking forward to tbh as very much feeling beaten up today!

Upper day today in the gym! A steady session today , little but if tightness coming through my shoulders today, so treatment tomorrow will be welcomed! Legs in the morning , morning legs is the best especially when the gym is quiet 👌 can get the headphones on and block out everything – best thing ever !

Hi Tobias – I keep everything the same, even things like sugar free monster etc I’ll have right up until show day (as people still seem to think they need to be removed) but much like kamara said, if it’s been used through prep and doesn’t upset digestion then you’re good to keep it in. A lot of people actually use pump pre workout pre stage, so as long as it’s one you get on with , then you’ll be fine 🙂

Since actually learning how to train properly (I was a twat with training when I was younger aha!) and executing with full range of motion , I’ve found my injuries to be significantly reduced – I do also get regular sports massage so if you can afford to do that then I would definitely invest in a massage every once and a while!!

Much like the other athletes have said – if it sits well with you then there’s no reason not to use it – in previously off-season I’ve used sourdough bread a lot of the time because it digested so well!

Rest day done and dusted today! Travelled back from my sisters today as I have been cat sitting for her while she’s away, I’ll be heading back up in a couple days . So nothing much to report from today really! client check ins were done nice and early so I could catch up on life admin this evening – which has been done and completed ! Now just to take the pooch for a walk then time to settle in for upper in the morning before work ! 🙂

Hi guys! Hope you’ve all had a good day!
So check in today with Cal – another good week in the bag and another week of no changes to diet or training etc. However I have had to drop GH from 4iu to 3iu as I’m someone who really starts to struggle with carpal tunnel when GH is used, and its just recently started getting really bad , so mentioned it to cal and we’re going to drop it slightly and see how things are. 4iu is the most GH I’ve run before so its no surprise that the CT started to get a little much aha – but onwards we go! Very happy with how posterior training went today, everything felt absolutely bang on, rest day tomorrow , so client checks ins in the morning then looking after the pup for the rest of the day! onwards we go!

This really depends on how you feel really! I would say give it a trial and see how you feel, if it doesn’t sit well then just keep food as is! 🙂

I’m with Hilly here – I much prefer Clen over yohimbine, I’ve used both myself and found I didn’t get much from yohimbine tbh. I would also always favour tablets over liquid for the same reasons hilly has said, tablets are easier to dose over liquid

Rest day today so nothing really to report! Saw a client up in Northampton which was mega, she’s 5 weeks out of her first ever show , a couple of tweaks to be made going forward but she’ll be coming in well 👌 off this evening for a family event then in for posterior tomorrow morning – should be a good one!

Goood day today! My HS flat press finally moved! It’s been a little stubborn recently so to see it move was a blessing! The rest of the push session today was very steady and felt very good! Rest day tomorrow and I’m actually off to see one of my clients in Northampton – she’s currently 5 weeks out from her first show which I’m super excited for! So it should be a good day! !!
