Huge eater of fruits here! My go to fruits are blueberries, raspberries and cherries (with the occasional pineapple in there aswell) but much like Claire, I eat all fruits.
There isn’t one i would recommend avoiding tbh – just ensure its fresh fruit and counted towards your daily intake 🙂

Rest day here at the Bradley household! I went for a wonderful walk with a close friend around Ashton court today in Bristol, which was such a lovely way to finish off the weekend. I’ve then spend the afternoon cleaning the house , ready for the week. You’ll have noticed from previous posts how sunday is a day where I clean the house and get things ready for the week, I can notice a huge shift in mental space/ability to focus, if the area I’m in is organised and clean, if I don’t get this done prior to the week starting, I do really struggle. So knowing this is done and dusted has me excited for the week to start 🙂 A busy week as per usual but nothing I’m not excited for!

Something that I’ve utilised in the past when its come to knee issues was blood flow restriction training. This is heavily used within rehab due to its ability to allow the athlete to train at a good intensity without having to use a weight that might make the injury worse. BFR, if done correctly, can be hugely beneficial (and hurts like hell!) I’ve popped a website below that goes into a little more in depth about it . Hope this helps!

The benefits of Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT)
What is blood flow restriction training?Blood flow restriction training, is a training method that involves use of a pneumonic cuff (like the ones a doctor uses to take blood pressure) to alter the blood flow into your limbs while you perform … Continue reading

Hey! I personally don’t use any of the sugar free sauces as they play havoc on my digestion. I actually use full sugar ketchup in my off-season , I don’t use much but a squirt here and there isn’t going to cause much harm , however when it comes to prep , I won’t use anything , that’s just down to personal preference. I have clients that use sauces as they’ve asked, it’s just accounted for 🙂

Hello!! Hope everyone is having a good Saturday! Today I had posterior on the menu , which was good! An immaculate vibe in the gym today aswell, which always helps! Knees a little sore on the squat press today however , still managed to progress. I’m going to keep with that weight for the next couple weeks to clean things up then push for 9+ plates which is well within my grasp. I’m with some university mates tonight celebrating one of them getting over a pretty substantial health issue, so that’s going to be very good. Rest day tomorrow , I’ve got a walk booked in with a close friend and then just chilling! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Squad!! Here we are! Another day done. Push today was absolutely mega! Steady increases across the session, pushing movements are much better in terms of execution now, which is something I really wanted to focus on going into this phase . So very happy with that. Rest day tomorrow so spending some time with my partner before she works the weekend !

As long as performance is good when you’re in the gym and these food sources sit well with your digestion , then you’re good to go 🙂

Pull this morning followed by a good ol massage with my sports therapist which was very much needed! Feeling absolutely bang on at the moment and training is flying so I really cannot complain! I’m out with some friends from university this evening so very much looking forward to that! going to do Push tomorrow morning so I can spend friday with my partner as I’ve not been able to see her all week 🙂 Very much looking forward to that!

I’m with Phoebe on this one. You must also remember , rehab isn’t always a linear process (much like anything really!) If the pain is occurring again, then reduce volume and focus on blood flow. Yes, it’s frustrating being injured but the worst thing that can be done here is rush, as it’ll leave you out of the gym for longer.

For peptides I use biolabs – cannot fault them! I know some of the athletes have codes for them aswell to save you some money! I use joe10.

Rest day today, so very much a day catching up with life and doing the do! Had work in the warehouse today which was busy then home to client check ins and calls . My client Mishka is coming up to 2 weeks out of the 2bros wigan show and is on the money, so we just had a quick catch up on everything moving forward! I have pull in the morning then work in the warehouse in the afternoon so it should be a steady day!

I agree with the above tbh 🙂 I’ve had to scale volume back slightly to keep performance in the best place possible in previous health phases. So if you feel performance start to drop off , look at manipulating volume etc 🙂

What an amazing day ! Did upper this morning which was a brilliant session, then spent the day talking at a woman’s stage summit which was brilliant, a day focused on bringing everyone together and talking all things bodybuilding . Beyond grateful to have been asked to do that and cannot wait to see the content! An amazing end to the week!
