As Kuba mentioned you don’t necessarily need to use insulin with GH. I very rarely use insulin but very commonly use GH. I would always recommend monitoring BG anyway, but if you’re worried assess daily alongside increase in GH (if you haven’t been monitoring already)

Evening team! I hope everyone is well! Today was another good day in the bag! Push was completed this morning before work and things are going well! I did feel a little under the weather this morning but nothing a little TBJP Prepare can’t fix! All movements progressed and felt solid – very excited for the next few months in the phase. Check in with cal was done this morning and no changes needing to be made, we made a slight food bump over the weekend but other then that no changes to PED set up (this still remains 10mg anavar daily and 150mg primo weekly) or output. I feel like this is the beginning of something very special !

Hey Joe! So when it comes to warm ups, I always normally go by feel! For example if I’m doing a DB chest press and know my working set is the 40kg – I’ll most likely approach it like this
1 x 20kg x 8-10 reps
1 x 27kg x 6 reps
1x 32.5kg OR 35kg depending on feel x 4 reps
working set
If you feel you need another warm up set , then have one! But remember these are only warm up sets, you shouldn’t be going anywhere near failure, give it a feel, then move on.
If the press is a little deeper (i.e not the first exercise) in your session then you might not need many warm up sets at all, but if its first then I would always spend a little more time warming up π I don’t see a problem starting your warm up set with the 20s , but I would most likely go with the 10s first if it was at the beginning of the session. I hope this helps!!

What a beautiful sunday it has been! Pull was done early this morning which was an awesome session – first time doing this session in this rotation, so much like other sessions it was just about setting those numbers and solidifying the movements , making sure Calum is happy with how I approach then. Tomorrow is a rest day , we’re doing the 8 day rotation as explained in my previous posts – so working at the warehouse and the some client check ins before work and we’re good to go! A positive start to the week!

There could be a multitude of things that could be causing acne – which I doubt is the whey. Whats your diet look like in general? are you assisted or not assisted? Have you changed your soap/shower gel recently? Have you got sensitive skin that could be aggravate by a change in skin product. So many things could be causing this. We might need a little more context to this before we can give advice.

Rest day today team! Had a lovely walk this morning with a close friend , which was very much needed (also tired out the puppy really well! aha), cleaned the house and now getting ready for an evening with my dad which will be lovely as I haven’t seen him in a long time! I’ve got pull in the morning which I’m excited for! I hope you’ve all had wonderful days!

Hey Eddy – I always train in the AM as feel it sets me up for he day and its when I feel the best. Much like other athlete have said, train when YOU feel the best.

You can take ashwaghanda post workout to help reduce cortisol levels (which are elevated during training) which then helps to support muscle recovery π

No problem doing this! π I do tend to make my whey into a paste as it just adds a different texture to my meal but if you just want to throw it all together , there isn’t an issue there at all π

Evening team! I hope everyone is good! Rest day today , been a very busy day but a good one! Checked in with cal today and no changes moving forward , we’re in a very strong position composition wise and I would like to keep it this way. No changes to food or training set up, just simply to keep ticking along!! Upper in the morning before a busy day of warehouse work and seeing clients!!

Agree with hilly here – reading through things – I would just drop it out , retest to see if itβs actually the anavar causing the BP change, then go from there. But might be worth sourcing the var from elsewhere.
