Good evening everyone!! Hope everyone is good and enjoying the sunshine! Today was a rest day as I have bloods early doors tomorrow so want to make sure bloods are as clear as possible (certain values can be elevated a little more if you’ve trained close to the blood being taken) so I will always take a rest day prior and ensure adequate hydration is had beforehand. Then post bloods I’ll head in to do pull! I also have check in with cal in the AM but can imagine it’ll very much just be a – wait for results until we plan the next phase – response as I don’t want to go back on cycle without checking bloods prior. As per you will all be updated if anything changes! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

I know people that have used this drug and really fucked themselves up. It’s not to be used, and as the other athletes have said, if your coach is relying on DNP to get you in shape then you’re not ready , simple.

Evening guys! Hope everyone is well! Another hot and sweaty day done! Upper session complete this morning which went well , the smith press is out and replaced by the Atlantis which I’m very excited to run up, I did my warm up sets with my working sets last time I ran this movement which was super cool! So this is gonna be very fun when we push, generally felt good this morning and am more then ready for the next phase. Tomorrow is legs, so I’ll be in early before the heat hits! aha have an amazing Friday everyone!

Rest day today, so nothing much to really report! Check in with cal today , so shall await his response. I have bloods booked for sunday and then all things considered the next push will follow on shortly. Tomorrow is upper and then it’s a standard day of warehouse work and check ins, same thing different day !

Don’t cover up an injury with wraps. My advice would be to go and see someone and get the appropriate treatment and rehab in place, otherwise it’s likely to just get worse, wraps don’t fix injuries.

Posterior done this morning – very happy with how it went! A few little tweaks to the session in regards to exercises – we’ve switched out the prime pulldown for a single arm cable pulldown , as progression was starting to slow on the prime -so we decided to shimmy it out and replace with another movement. Rest day tomorrow , with a massage in the morning which is very much needed! Another day done and dusted!

Monday done and dusted!! A busy one but good one! Push started the day off today! very steady session with some weights being held and some moving! Then straight into warehouse work, client work and launching my brand Small but mighty coaching – which is super exciting! I have posterior in the morning, which is always a mega session so I’m already thinking about that for the morning! This week has started with a BANG!

I have always posed my abs and thighs straight onto the judges but this is because I have a relatively small waist. Much like Jordan and Kuba have mentioned posing is very specific to each person , so find what works for you and ALWAYS pose to your strengths!

Rest day done and dusted and it was very much needed! It’s always good to have a day to catch up on life! Feel very good going into the new week, everything prepped and good to go, which is exactly how we want to start the week! Push in the morning before warehouse work then check ins in the afternoon! Its going to be a good week!

Home , trained and happy! A good day at the show today, seeing everyone and catching up! Always love going to shows and seeing how everyone is doing, so that was good! Came home, walked the dog then went to go and train pull! Twas a very quick session as the gym shut at 8pm but regardless a good session – tomorrow is a rest day which I’m very much looking forward to! I’ve got a podcast to be filmed at 1pm and some admin but thats it! A chilled day incoming! I know I will be catching up on sleep as this weekend (typical of all show weekends I’ve had about 3 hours sleep!) so thats my POA for tomorrow! aha

I’m with the above athletes aswell here! I have always preferred to do it fasted as it sets the day up well – however if you’re going to lose out on sleep, I would pop it post workout. At the end of the day , as long as its done it doesn’t matter when it’s done!

If you’re not addressing the issue first and applying appropriate rehabilitation protocols then using something like BPC won’t do anything. Too many people think it’s going to magically fix them when that’s not the case. My advice would be to get on top of the actual issue, get a rehab program started THEN you can think about adding it in.
