    Hey Eddy – I always train in the AM as feel it sets me up for he day and its when I feel the best. Much like other athlete have said, train when YOU feel the best.

    You can take ashwaghanda post workout to help reduce cortisol levels (which are elevated during training) which then helps to support muscle recovery πŸ™‚

    No problem doing this! πŸ™‚ I do tend to make my whey into a paste as it just adds a different texture to my meal but if you just want to throw it all together , there isn’t an issue there at all πŸ™‚

    Evening team! I hope everyone is good! Rest day today , been a very busy day but a good one! Checked in with cal today and no changes moving forward , we’re in a very strong position composition wise and I would like to keep it this way. No changes to food or training set up, just simply to keep ticking along!! Upper in the morning before a busy day of warehouse work and seeing clients!!

    Agree with hilly here – reading through things – I would just drop it out , retest to see if it’s actually the anavar causing the BP change, then go from there. But might be worth sourcing the var from elsewhere.

    In all honesty, it’s your choice , much like what Claire has said, you don’t need to explain or even tell people, I haven’t told my dad or sister that I use anabolics because quite frankly its none of their business, and they would disown me as a family member aha . I think a lot of people don’t understand that individuals who utilise anabolics are far more aware of their health than others, so if you do tell people, then just explain you’re getting regular bloods done (which I would always advise anyway) and that you’re being safe and keeping an eye on your health. I find also explaining to others why you’re using them (goals etc) helps them to support or atleast be okay with the idea of steroids being used.

    Good afternoon guys! hope everyone is well! A very chilled sunday for me today which is nice! Went out for coffee with a close friend this morning and then have been sorting out my office and other areas of the house (a deep clean was involved too!) to ensure that the week is starting out in a positive way. I have my first meeting with my therapist tonight so albeit nervous I’m excited. Me and my partner are putting everything in place to get my mind right – and with the little changes I’ve made already, I’m starting to feel a difference. One day at a time!

    Doesn’t need to be after every meal – a steady amount through the day is perfect, much like kuba said , 3/4 meals for 5-10 mins is bang on. Plus if it helps and it results in you feeling good then continue to do it! πŸ™‚

    I think implementing what the other athletes have said here will help, but ultimately it might be worth going to see a doctor to see if there are any underlying issues causing your digestion to be like this.

    Another day done and dusted. Legs done this morning and it was a very good session indeed!! Also had a really good call with cal solidifying the plan of action moving forward. Regarding training it will now be over an 8 day timeline – the split itself will be the same but it’s slightly extended – it will be as seen below ;

    Push / Posterior / Rest / Upper / Legs / Rest / Pull / Rest

    Food is roughly the same – but I am back on a solid meal plan over a macro approach. We have decided to remain on cycle to utilise the most out of the ‘rebound’ – Primo T 150mg per week / Anavar 10mg daily / GH 4iu / clen removed / t3 25mcg / t4 100mcg /

    I’m feeling more myself and I honestly cannot wait for this – Cals level of detail is ridiculous and for the first time in a long time I feel I’m getting a professional level of service that an IFBB PRO deserves – so I’m honestly , the most excited I’ve been about bodybuilding in a long time.

    Rest day tomorrow then we roll into the new week!

    Excited doesn’t even cut it!

    I use whey protein around twice a day – post workout and pre bed normally – all other sources are from chicken, beef etc – much like Jordan has said , if used in excess it can upset digestion so just be cautious of it! πŸ™‚
