Look at Samson – pretty sure he started in his late 20s and has made the most amount of progress in his 30s, which has now lead him to the title of Mr Olympia at the age of 38. Don’t let age define who you are.

Another busy day in the Bradley household! Did a shift at the ol warehouse today then into the gym for upper! Some good progression seen today on the high incline press, this seems to be progressing nicely which is good! General feel across the board today was positive – session went like this
Lying cuffed y raise 2 x 8-12
high incline smith press 2 x 6-10/10-15
atlantis lateral raise – 2 x 8-12
Atlantis rear delt – 2 x 8-12
Gym leco y bar row – 2 x 8-12
Single arm across body cuffed tricep extension – 2 x 10-15
Then a little abs at the end 🙂
Pull tomorrow morning then work in the afternoon! Can’t complain!

Rest day for me today! Massage this morning and client work this afternoon! Puppy duties in between as always – hes a crazy boy but a good one! Upper tomorrow before work, always raring to get back in the gym after a rest day – so already excited for it!

I agree with Louis here – I would keep fats low in this meal personally 🙂

Hey guys! Hope you’ve all had a wonderful day!
Posterior session for me today which I split into two due to a busy day – legs was completed this morning and then back was completed this afternoon – I quite like splitting it like that tbh, as I feel I can give a little more to each section as the back section is at the end of legs so can be quite fatigued by the end but if I split it I can freshen up between sessions and hit back a little better!
Work in the warehouse today is always super fun and then home to client check ins – which have all been ace!
Rest day tomorrow for me with a massage in the morning! Good day incoming!

Hi Ryan! I agree with Meg here – I’ve adjusted my volume when coming off cycle before and its worked well so if you do find you’re progress stalling or strength really dropping I would look at doing that, but as meg stated progression might be slower but thats okay, as long as progression is still being made thats what matters! 🙂

Another busy day but good day in the books! Push this afternoon was a little hit and miss, felt a little twinge in my left pec pressing today, so ended up playing it safe and focusing on one press today over the too – feels absolutely fine but the last thing we need is a tear right before prep starts! But in all in a good session was had!

Legs today was absolutely INCREDIBLE – a very very good session indeed. Everything felt as it should which helps really lock in and get things done. I’ve had a couple injuries in the passed which can knock my confidence on certain movements but not today! Locked in!
Absolutely BUZZING

I would start with 2.5mg anavar and do as Alison said – start at fit model/bikini level and work up ! She’s got a great structure!

Upper today ! Early this morning to get back for the little puppy – who is both a blessing a curse at the same time (never knew a little body could create so much poop!) but he’s wonderful nevertheless! Aha!
So between puppy cuddles client work, a couple of new starters and resting – so it’s been a good day really! I was supposed to do legs today but had to move it around due to my partners availability – which works a little better anyway! I try to avoid moving too much around but sometimes life happens and you’ve got to adapt!

Agree with the above – Just pin separately , not worth the risk mixing something we’re unsure even mixes.

Good afternoon guys! hope everyone is well!
Rest day for me today and lots of puppy cuddles! 4 new clients on boarding today which is super exciting , people wanting to start the year off strong so thats super awesome!
Legs in the morning then more puppy cuddles in the afternoon/evening
Not long now till prep begins! 27th of Jan! Bloody excited!

Decided to split my posterior session into 2 today due to time constraints so I completed the back portion today and will do the legs portion tomorrow. The session today was absolutely bang on and energy was good throughout! We also went to pick up our newest addition to the family , a beautiful black lab called Murphy (who will become my full time cardio buddy when prep begins) so we’re very much going into 2025 with a beautiful household!
Happy new years team, and I wish all the best for 2025!!

Agree with Joe on this one!! Don’t over complicate stuff 🙂 Increase load gradually until you feel you’re ready to go on your working set!
