    Rest day today, with a massage this morning and then a good catch up with a close friend over coffee! Check in with cal saw steps move to 18k daily and the introduction of anavar at 10mg on training days and thats that! Into another weekend we go, 4 weeks out and i’m right where I need to be! So if Cal is happy , I am too!

    I personally like to use carb cycing due to the performance benefits that come alongside it, especially when driving a deficit. However I don’t use it for everyone and (much like anything) is person dependant, some people like it and get on with it, some not so much 🙂 do what works for you!

    Good evening team! Hope you’re all well! Another day ticked off! Pull went well this morning, which was then swiftly followed by a trip to get a couple of tattoos, a couple of little sayings that have helped keep me on the straight and narrow throughout this prep! Tomorrow is a rest day, with a massage in the morning then a coffee with one of my close friends, so should be a good day!

    Rest day done and dusted! Lovely morning, going and running through how i’ll be having my hair for show , which is always fun todo! Once the braids are in I know things are getting serious! Check in with cal showed the best visuals so far of prep, hes happy , so i’m happy! No changes needed as I feel a couple new lows will pop up over the next couple days. Pull tomorrow and a potential tattoo , so we shall see! Have a good one team!

    Good evening everyone! Hope you’ve all had a very good day! Legs today went very well, put the offplan from yesterday to good use! No changes from cal regarding the plan, i have another check in tomorrow so we shall see how that goes, but i doubt much will happen! Rest day aswell which is needed after a brill session today!

    Upper today! Very good session! PBs all around and feeling good! checked in with cal today and hes ordered an offplan tonight so will get that in. We’re in a very good spot for 5 weeks so a little top up this evening and then back to it tomorrow. I do have legs tomorrow so it’ll be used well!

    Rest day today! Pretty chilled day, getting ready for a busy week! Rest day and sorting the house out for the week makes me very happy! Into the week we go!

    Good evening squad! I hope you’ve all had a brilliant day! Push today and also filmed some bits for the youtube! I must admit its been an adjustment getting stuff sorted for youtube , but i want to make a good dent in it this year and bring more content to the people! So even though the editing can be a little hit and miss , its a start! Tomorrow is posterior and an evenig wiht family as its my dads 70th, so that should be good! Then a chilled sunday! So a rather pleasent weekend coming!

    Rest day today and woweeee the tiredness has hit! However, we don’t let that stop us!! Had a very good posing session this morning, with plenty of holds and rounds, which I absolutely love. I would rather be drilled for an hour and really work hard, then let my posing slip, as posing is everything! Check in with cal tomorrow, then a massage and push session! Should be a good Friday!

    I would personally add some gymleco in there as the kit is brilliant and the footprint it so low! Their hip press and hack squat is bloody brilliant!

    The more i use the gym leco hip press the more i prefer it over the rogers tbh!

    Another day in paradise! Weight is flying off this week, which is bringing in some new lines and condition, which is always very exciting to see! Cal is happy and doesnt want to make any changes for the time being. If cal is happy, then I am! Pull was good today, some more little progressions being made but i can most certainly say, i’m looking forward to a rest day tomorrow! Posing session in the morning then out for a lovely dog walk in the afternoon! Should be a good day!

    Very very good leg session today! It has absolutely written me off for the rest of the day , but steps and cardio all completed and I’m ready for my bed! Rest day tomorrow , so will be spent doing standard admin work and resting! Check in again with cal in the morning, but I doubt any changes will be made tbh as I feel we’re on a roll here!

    Good evening everyone!!! Hope you’ve all had a splendid start to your week! Very good upper session went down today! Very happy with everything, weight is still moving in a progressive manner, which is crazy but I’m here for it! Check in with cal went well, hes happy and no major changes need to be made. I dropped a good amount of weight over the weekend bringing in some new condition , so we just run with that for the time being! Tomorrow is legs, and a good day of check ins , bring it on!
