From personal experience (and something I still do quite often) is train fasted. I am someone who doesn’t like to eat upon waking because it truly fucks my stomach. What I would recommend doing in this instance, is ensure hydration is bang on and that you’ve had at least 1.5 litres of water prior to training with TBJP EAAS in. There is still some stigma around training fasted and that YoU’LL LoSE MuSclE , which you won’t, you’re still going to have food in your system from the day before, especially if you’ve eaten prior to bedtime. The only thing that might be hindered is your performance, but as stated from personal experience I’ve never had an issue with performance or muscle growth in the many years I’ve been training fasted.

This is an option should you feel you need it 🙂

Evening everyone ! I hope you’re all well!

So another week has passed which means another check in with the boss! This week no adjustments needing to be made to PEDS but we have decided to bump food ever so slightly , so new macros below !

    TD – 220/455/45

    NTD – 220 / 395/50

Cardio is still at 2 x 20 mins per week with steps around the 8k mark (typically I do go over this as I move a lot aha)

Training was moving very well up until the back end of the week where 1 session turned into 3 sessions of high fatigue, where numbers set in previous sessions very much seemed a distant memory aha. All jokes aside progression on movements seemed very limited and I was feeling very fatigued going into each session. I am one for struggling to admit when I’m at a point where I need to back off slightly because I see it as failure, but as I’ve grown into this sport I understand that at certain points needing to back off slightly can push you forwards, therefore this week , after a discussion with both Tom and Cal, we all decided that a slight reduction volume next week will help. So the POA is to go into a devolume week next week , staying on NTD macros and see how I respond then. I will also be reducing all stimulants.

I am coming to the end of week 8 on cycle and wish to push this to a total of 12 weeks, I’m experiencing no side effects or anything unusual so I feel I can push this a little more – when I started this push phase I said to Tom I wanted to push things a little harder, fully aware that there are risks that come with that, which I accept. I feel there is still a little more room to push food , so this most likely will be pushed a little harder in the up and coming weeks.

I will do anything to ensure I come back UNDENIABLE next season. No stone will be left unturned.

    Helllloo people!

Hope everyone has had an amazing day!

Busy day for myself but good day! Had upper this morning with a client that went well! Upper sessions at the moment are very shoulder dominant which I enjoy, then theres a little bit of back and triceps! Another strong session completed!

Tomorrow is a pull session , which are always pretty hefty sessions! So should be a good one!

    Hey hey!!

A busy day but a good day today! Posterior went down this morning, which was another successful session! I must admit feel a little under the weather at the moment but definitely not at the point where I’m dying, so we continue on! aha! I also had a very good massage today which is something I have done every week – it keeps me in a good position mobility wise and helps keep injuries at bay! Something I advise everyone to do!

Rest day tomorrow , which means a good chilled day doing client work and catching up on some admin! Can deffo feel a rest day is needed thats for sure!

    Onwards we go!

Another Monday has come and gone!

Finally got the 4 plates on the Atlantis and it flew!! One of those sets where it’s a little bit surprising how well it moved, but I’m not complaining! All pressing hit PBs today which I’m super happy with! I am at my all time strongest at the moment, food going in well, recovery good and I’m the least injured I’ve ever been. Since moving my training around (being under the watchful eye of Calum Raistrick) everything has just clicked, which is just the best!

Tomorrow I have posterior in the morning , a massage and then a coffee and catch up with a client – another awesome day to look forward to!

    WHAT A WEEKEND!

This weekend was bloody brilliant! 2 x 1st places for my team of WPD over the weekend , both bringing their best packages to date anddddd a bloody brilliant leg session at the shed this morning.

There is nothing better than a session where just everything clicks – and today was that day! It’s very much set my week up to be a bloody awesome one!

I am going into another peak week with my lovely client cat, so will be getting show stuff ready once again. Very excited for another weekend away supporting my clients!

Push on the cards tomorrow and I’m feeling good !

Huge congratulations to your clients that is awesome!![/quote]

Thankyou Rhea!! It was a very good day thats for sure!! I hope you’re well!

So today was a little bit of a mad one! Legs unfortunately didn’t happen due to a couple of personal things that popped up , so an unintentional rest day was taken! At first I was super angry, but as the day went on, I picked myself up and moved forward. I am someone that gets really anxious when it comes to missing sessions or being out of routine , so as you can imagine it made the day tougher than it needed to be! But! its been a good day overall (outside of the missing training!) Both my WPD competitors are looking awesome, and I can’t wait to see them kill it on stage!

Onto tomorrow where I hope to get my ladies some silverware!

Great day in the books !

Upper session ticked off this morning – love morning training at the shed, especially when the shutters are open. Nothing better! I’m very much someone who loves a quiet gym, helps me to really be able to focus and get the job done!

Legs in the morning with my partner then its up to maidenhead for the show this weekend!

All very exciting stuff!! Onto another day!

Super busy day with clients and general life admin! I have a big upper session in the morning which I’m very much looking forward to! Then bring on the weekend! 2 clients competing in WPD at the 2bros show, and I cannot wait!

Buzzing would be an understatement! Bring on tomorrow and the weekend!

    Hello Hello Hello!!

Hope everyone has had an awesome week so far!

The past couple days have been brilliant in terms of training! It was also check in on Friday with the team, Cal and Tom.

Weight on check in was was 81.8kg / 180lbs (and for anyone new I’m 5ft 3)

Weight is moving very nicely now which composition being the best it has ever been at this weight. Training is absolutely flying too, with (touch wood) this being the best I’ve felt injuries and niggles wise for a long time, and I do put this down to the switch of training, low volume is very much taking my heart!

No changes to the plan going forward! Primo is still at 200mg per week, anavar 10mg daily , GH is now around 4iu daily (was 2 before) I personally wanted to push the GH a little harder and since doing so I’ve felt so much fuller , which is super cool! I also love the look that ititss given me too!

    Food still holding as this ;

    TD – 220/375/45

    NTD – 220/325/50

and expenditure is still holding around 2 x 20 mins per week and 8k steps

There we have it! It’s very much just about turning up and doing the do ! As most of us bodybuilders do!

Thankyou always for your support! Here’s to another AWESOME week!

    Rest day done and dusted!!

A day focused around recovery, resting and eating ! Nothing more than that was done today!

I do find mentally I struggle with rest days, but as I’ve grown into this sport and appreciate the reason and importance of rest days , I approach them like I would approach a training day (just minus the dnfm! )

Upper on the cards for me tomorrow which I’m very excited about! Onwards we go!
