Another treatment session in the bag with Jen from the shed – which was super good! DB rows today felt the best they had in a couple weeks, so the massage was deffo needed! Generally good pull session in the bag too so can’t complain! Nothing has actually changed with my pull sessions since starting the blog on here – so if you’re interested in what my session looks like be sure to scroll back and it’ll be there! If it aint broke don’t fix it!
Legs in the morning with my other half before heading to the NEC with a client for the FITX finals and NABBA universe! Exciting!

Agree with the above – But one thing to note , don’t just take one reading as one reading doesnt really show the whole picture. Take a reading every morning, upon waking for a week , that way you can gauge whats really going on !

Hey! I normally just stick to recommended dosage as it keeps me in range – but as Clare mentioned get your bloods done and see where your range is , if its in range stick with the dosage of 1 tab per day, if its a little on the low side bump to 2 tabs per day 🙂 that’s how I would approach it!

Rest day today!! Client check ins went down this morning, some new set ups and then an afternoon walk with the other half! So nothing crazy to report!
Upper session tomorrow and some treatment with Jen then thats another day done and dusted!

What a day!! Today was a very good day! Massage this morning, TBJP warehouse work afternoon, training this evening ! Today mentally has been the best day in a while tbh. I know I haven’t said much about this in the log, but I’ve had some pretty dark days recently mentally, and today finally felt like I’d found my person again, and that I’m grateful for. One day at a time and all things will come together!

I would just remove it bud. Not worth it if it’s causing you to feel this way. Let us know how your bloods come out as I know you’ve mentioned you’re getting them done soon!

Push on the cards today – Very good indeed!! Shoulders feeling a little dodge still so having treatment tomorrow to open a few things up! Pressing is feeling good atm, very good connection with things, pausing in the hole and being able to drive up full speed is the best thing ever! I’ve always loved a good push session as I’ve always been a good presser (back from my powerlifting days) so it’s always fun to really push some tin on these days.
Tomorrow is a busy one for sure! Up early to train posterior, then into a massage, then doing some warehouse work for JP in the afternoon. Warehouse work is my background, and if there is one thing I can confidently say I’m very good at , it’s that! So I’m looking forward to that!
Into another day we go!

I honestly think that slower is a better approach – you see a lot of people pushing their physique for 6 months and only a small percentage of it actually be tissue, the rest just being unnecessary weight. Don’t get me wrong , some people can do it as Jordan state, but from personal experience I’ve made my best progress in a longer time frame, truly solidifying the tissue on my frame.
Also, because you don’t have a specific show on the horizon why rush? Take the time to add the tissue.

Evening team! I hope everyone is good!
Today was a funny one! Trained pull but over the past 24 hours I was hit with a pretty gnarly migraine/vertigo moment which was pretty horrendous, so as you can imagine pull was quite the spin! Strength was naturally a little off , as to be expected but it was still a solid session given the circumstances. I will spend the remainder of the evening hydrating and going to bed as the remnants of the migraine are still sitting .
Hoping to feel a little better tomorrow, so fingers crossed as I’ve got push to be doing!

Following on from Jordan – people overcomplicate the hell out of training now a days – pick exercises that work for you, get good at them and results will come. As Jordan said, I doubt Ronnie was worrying about whether the exercise he was doing had the correct drop off point or strength curve, he just picked it up until he couldn’t pick it up anymore!

Legs today and it was a BLINDER – very happy indeed! I made a little bit of a switch out with the seated hamstring curl, I was using the prime for the seated hamstring, but I’ve switched it out for the Atlantis and it’s so much better. I found I couldn’t set myself in the prime one (kept moving around/being pulled out of place) but I can in the atlantis one , which is ideal! Connection was bang on as well which I’m bloody buzzing about!
Pull tomorrow and I know it’s going to be a good one! Off plan with my partner tonight and some much needed time together, which I’m buzzing about as its been a while since we’ve spent some time together 🙂
hope everyone is having an awesome day /weekend so far!

Rest day today as moved a few days around so I could have a training partner for legs tomorrow (i.e drag my partner to spot me for sessions over the weekend, I need to start paying her!) So the weekend is going to be about training and spending some quality time with my partner as we havent spent any time together for a good while now as we’ve both been hella busy lately, so its very much needed! We’re off to watch some ice hockey tomorrow aswell which is always a good laugh! Into the weekend we go!

Thankyou for asking! 🙂

Hey!
When I deload I remove all cardio and training and just focus on getting my steps in 🙂 I also move my diet to a non training day set up over a training day set up as output is lower. So if this is something you can do, I would set it up like that!

Yeahhh deffo keep it chilled!! You can buy mini fridges for hotel rooms (or for any other use really! aha) my client brought hers on the weekend and it was brilliant! So if you really want to use HGH it. might be worth investing in one of those! 🙂
