Legs done and dusted , followed by a long ol drive to hull to support my first timer! (that drive after leg day might not have been the brightest idea!) but very happy with how the session went tbh, my pendulum is moving really well now tbh , just one big set with the drop set until down to no more plates (roughly can be anywhere between 45-55 total reps, but this is one big set, no other sets added because I’m normally cooked after this )
Surrounded by good people and good vibes , what more could you want on a leg day!

I’m with Jordan on this one – you can get some really good hack squat/leg press combinations! Seen a few in some home gyms from my clients and they’re awesome!

Birthday pull in the bag today and a bloody good session it was ! All numbers moved, which is fucking brilliant. A couple of movements became a little stagnant but after playing around with a few things and having a little more food prior to the session, numbers are moving again! So a very successful session in the bag! Legs tomorrow morning with the partner before heading over to hull for a client show this weekend! Busy weekend but good weekend!

Upper went down today! Super happy with how sessions are moving, shoulders felt awesome today after some much needed treatment with Jen at the shed! Its the best feeling when you can get full activation with no pain! FYI I don’t have any direct injury to my shoulders they just tend to get a little more stiff now a days! But today they felt awesome!
Pull tomorrow after work , which should be a good one!

Moving on from what Jordan was saying , try to avoid overthinking things. I’m going to use myself as an example here, I spent years doing 4-6 sets on EVERYTHING. Every body part, every session, every movement, all of the volume in the world , which worked for a period of time but as I’ve evolved as a bodybuilder, so has my training. I’ve now moved to a lower volume approach 1-2 sets on things, and I’ve grown the most I ever have, but I have also learnt how to apply myself during those sets. It takes time, experience and sheer love for the process that brings results. You can have every research articles on your desk saying this and that, but at the end of the day, if you’re not able to complete things to 110% day in and day out while loving the process, then progress can become stagnant. The industry is very paralysis via analysis now a days, just get in the gym, pour your heart and soul into it and you’ll grow.

I’m with Jordan and Kuba here! If you want to use something to help drive things, creatine and a little insure is always a good combination! Shouldn’t need to utilise insulin really!

Posterior session done early this morning, then a little cardio and abs to finish off ! Good day working, training and eating in which tonight I’ll be sending some much needed time with my partner as I’ve hardly seen her this week due to work! Remember it’s important to take some time with the people you love! Cause I know I wouldn’t be here without her !
Onto another day we go!

I personally don’t think waist trainers do anything (unpopular opinion possibly) but some people really think they make a difference , so it’s up to you whether you want to trial it! Also choosing good food sources that don’t leave you bloated and super gassy! These are all a few things that you could do to help control your midsection !

Wooooooo! Good day! Busy day! Rest day today , with a massage this morning too!
A very wholesome day of client work , all clients are ticking along nicely which is awesome!
Posterior tomorrow, which I’m looking forward too! Just another day doing the do!

A really good day in the books!! Was an awesome one! Spending time with the team , then followed up by a really good push session! Hitting some good numbers still which i’m super happy about!
This phase is very much about just ticking along and doing the do (much like any other phase really! ) nothing to exciting thats for sure! But I wouldn’t have it any other way, every day is one step closer to the O!

Life fitness is always a good one! I’ve been using the atlantis seated leg curl is my go to at the moment though! and with the lying hamstring curl – prime plate loaded is the bomb!

I wouldn’t really advise oral only cycles tbh and as Ryan has mentioned you wouldn’t want to run them for much longer than 6 weeks due to toxicity levels.

WOWWWEEEEE WHAT A WEEKEND!
Fitx finals and Nabba universe ticked off!
Classic client coming 2nd in his class and 3rd in open, then coming 7th in the classic line up in NABBA – but it was one hell of a line up! The package we brought was his best to date, and I couldn’t be more proud of him! Into the offseason we go!
For myself, rest day yesterday and a solid upper session this evening! I also managed to get bloods done today at the expo to see where markers are post cycle ! I’m very interested to see where they’re at!
Busy week this week but a good one – Photoshoot with the TBJP team tomorrow, training , client check ins and new starter set ups! It’s all go go this week! BUZZING!

Legs dusted off today and it was a killer session! You know you’re in trouble when the DOMS start to happen within hours of you finishing – but was a very good session !
Busy weekend with clients competing this weekend , which I’m very excited about! So let’s hope for some wins this weekend!!
