Thank youI always keep it simple and go for 10mg of anavar 10 weeks on and 8-10 weeks off and then whole prep most of the time 16 weeks
I also like to add some clen and sometimes t3 and t4
If financial Available girls benefit from gh at lot but its not a must

I have another question regarding sleep. I suffer from pretty intense sleep problems from time to time, especially during blast. right now I’m on 250mg e3d and 20mg ed of MK-677, and very often I just can’t fall asleep for hours or wake up very often during the night.
I have tried a lot of supplements already (gaba, tryptophan, 5htp, Baldrian, ashwaghanda, Glycin, combination products like ESN sandman…) nothing helped. I’ve also tried melatonin up to 9mg and also no benefit. I usually smoke 5-6 joints a week (only 1 per day) and have quit that 3 weeks ago because I thought maybe that’s the reason, but also no improvement..
the only thing that helps are antihistamins from the pharmacy (over-the-counter, like calmaben or hogger night), but I don’t like using them too often because then they don’t work anymore..
my sleep hygiene is good, room is cold and calm, I use bluefilter on screens..
do you have any advice? maybe extra high dosage of melatonin or something? If I don’t find a solution I’m afraid I have to quit blasting forever, such a shame because besides the sleeping problems I have 0 side effects so far..Thank you!!
If that dosage of melatonin doesnt work it wont work at all. Usually 1mg is enough.

Good morning very happy to work with Urs Kalecinski, he got his pro card last year. His potential is crazy. He was natural until 1 year before he got pro and achieved his card with nearly nothing. There is so much room for more. His workethic is also superb so i really look forward to the future!!

Thats very individually and sometimes not s good marker. There are people who are hungry with 6000kcal and they would get fat as fuck and there are some who loose it when eating 2500.

I hope all is well over there! I’d have 2 questions:
1) do you always introduce berberine or metformin (what do you prefer?) when an athlete uses GH, or only, if you see a decrease in insulin sensitivity? If the latter, how exactly do you determine that? Do you have a specific number of morning blood sugar levels (e.g. >100 you introduce berberine)?
2) with going for the ASC in ohio as a pro debut in 2021 for fabi and the fact that he has a few more KG of muscle to put on, how do you approach the off-season in terms of training and drugs now? Reading between the lines from hes recent videos, he has been cruisin for a couple of weeks and now going on an off-season cycle – can you talk about the specifics (very interesting at this level) and also what changes in terms of training you do now?Hi felix!
1. no its not a must but can be helpfull and it depends how big the carb meals are. When they hit more than 100g i add it.
Morning blood sugar isnt an indicator. Its more a glucose tolerance test and if i think something is wrong i send them doing it. But you can also see how people respond to carbs are when they monitor bloodglucose during the day.2. yes thats gonna be his debut.
He already grew nicely in the desired areas during cruise with 250test every 5 days. But now we have to add a little but we still stay very low.
Stack now is 250 test every 3rd and 50npp every 3rd. That will bring him to 118-119kg in superb quality with better symmetry. Maybe we have to go up to 100npp and reduce to e2d but lets see.
