I was prepping for July for Olympia Amateur Portugal, since it had been postponed to 29 November (I think) I change and going to do nationals here in Portugal 20th September and than Olympia Portugal too.

The point is, everything which changes hormonal balance can lead to hair loss. Its common that the reduction of estrogen in bloodstream leads to an increase of dht. So also all other anti estrogen will do that.

2 rest days. Yesterday and today. We are renovating our flat a thing i missed 10years, and cause i never was at home so long i was confrontated with all the little things i hate.
My leg is also strange, seems that feeling in toes get better, but pain in glutes start to come again.
