    I would really suggest to get bloods done.
    Check your prolactin level especially, but also estro and test.

    Just with that markers you can know whats going on.
    As you say dosage of caber is already quite high, but you never know if everything is legit

    If there is a medical detected resistance which is based on the receptors yes, cause then you are type 2 diabetic. Bit there are more modern medications than metformin, which is wuite old and has a lot of digestive sides.

    If there is just a downregulation concerning to much insulin abuse or other bodybuilding factor, that often dont help, best then is to be absence from insulin and sugar for some time

    hello Stefan, a question. If someone is insulin resistant does that mean they are hypo or hyperglycemic?

    If he is insulin resistant, insulin cant work and dock on the receptors and bring the sugar into the cell, what means that the sugar stays in the bloodstream – he have HYPERglycemia

    There are 2 things:
    First you stand in a quite intense lordosis so cause of the skipping of the hip it looks more forward
    Most of the time thats caused by to week lower abs in realtion to your paravertebral muscles.

    So first thing would be strenghten the lower abs

    2nd is a weak transversus abdominal so here planks would help

    Had a real nice q&a yesterday with brazilian people. Not my time but it was a very good one!
    Wasnt a good idea yesterday to try some movements with my leg, hurts like hell now

    I would meassure morning fasted, pre training and post training and whenever you feel dizzy.
    Usually i never want a drop below 80 during the day. But in diets it can go lower and its ok, but in the end you should not get dizzy. Its also very individual how much carbs people need. Actually i also like carbs in diet but thats just my point of view, in seldom cases i also have athleten who work well without

    It sounds like an blood sugar issue! But buying a monitor would help to know.
    Actually i’m a carb fan so i would suggest to have slow carbs after cardio. To stabilize everything

    Exactly as all above said.
    If its an indurance training an you must be sure to have best performance possible its a must like in bodybuilding.
    If its just for fitness or weight cutting purpose its definitly not needed

    What is the most impressive for me as far as i can remember is that you could hardly do any leg training half a year prior to those pics because of heavy knee pain!

    Yea i forgot that factor ???? but still i did my best.

    Today tested the power of my legs, cause of the paralyse of the nerve. Power in leg is 60% down. Fucking annoys me!!!

    Yes like rhea says, everyone has that region you hate, you just have to go down more!
    Sometimes the addition of yohimbine works quite well for stubborn areas
