    Good Morning!
Hope all of you are well.
My leg is still numb, but pain goes slowely away. Seems it has nothing to do with a disc prolapse its more a m. Piriformis syndrom

hello, how do you remove cellulite on the legs, buttocks of a woman? Thanks Stefan

    Hiho buddy!
Thats more a connective tissue problem.
First if she is ripped you won’t see it anymore, cause if there is no fat you wont see it even if the problem is still there.
So most important is to get in shape

There is also a french treatment called endermology from lpg which works wuite well concerning connective tissue!

    Hi Stefan,
how important are fats in a bodybuilding diet? Do it variet from person to person because some can handle more fats and some not?

I like fats around 50g in every plan.
I usually try to avoid lower than 30 even with girls and low kcal. When high kcals are necesarry i also go up to 100g of fat but nearly never over 130

    Thank your for your answer!
Do you count just the direct sources or all sources? When you count all sources then is 50g very low
    [/quote]
I count all except meet, cause there its always hard to say how fat it is

I would also suggest rotating carbs, we all have favours which we use most but try to bring it a variety. With oats its also important to have them over night in water or cook them (even when you only pour cooled water over it)

Hi Stefan. Hope you are well .
Do you prefer a lower carb higher fat approach on rest days and higher carbs lower fats on training days ?
I keep hearing people saying this can improve insulin sensitivity. As a natural trainer i have always kept carbs quite high on my rest days although not as high as training day .
Also on same theme do you advise protein fat only meals at meal one to improve insulin sensitivity or have most athlete taking in carbs at this meal ?
    Many thanks

    Hi Adam!
Yes kind of but not a big gap, lets say carbs 50- max 200 carbs less and fat 10-30g higher.
Actually insulin sensitivity won’t benefit from one day lower carbs, even if they would go to zero, that would last much longer if you have a problem there.

I never liked it to go without carbs for breakfast. Insulin sensitivity wont have a benefit at all. I much more like to control cortisol and metabolism with carbs in the morning!

Exactly as Haider says. The wuad has to be as loose as possible, get more stretch on it and keep it healthy that will lower the stress on the patella. So stretching and therapy will next to join in and cure coming the things which will help

I would go for any carb which is quite fat and fiber free immediatly after training with whey iso/hydro.
An hour after a meal with fiber fat and protein
