    Hi Stefan, hope your feeling better. How do you calculate the calories for training vs rest days given your current baseline macros?

    I dont calculate i try and evaluate.
    Factors are:
    Look
    Performance
    Recovery
    Weight

    And then i schedule it!!

    My 4th sleepless night in a row. All started 4 days ago with terrible pain in my leg starting from hip/back.
    One day later foot got numb and wanst able to lift it.
    So there are 2 options:
    First a massiv discus prolaps in l4/5 and compression of the nerve, or what i hope for a compression of the nerve caused by the m. Piriformis.
    I also have build up scar tissue there maybe thats the reason.
    But that really sucks.
    Already had one treatment to soften it.

    i think there could be a room for a meal 1 hour pre training, like cream of rice, whey and banana, so i would defintily add that meal. maybe same immediatly after work out and the solid meal you have 1 hour later

    it will lower mostly t4 and increase tsh ( negative feedback)
    t3 can also be lowered, but the use of t4 should handle that

    In most cases not!
    You just have to avaluate and do bloods regulary to see how tsh t3 and t4 are. After long term use it could ve that tsh is elevated, than it can be good to add t4

    At the moment its tough to schedule anything, i don’t think that there are shows before august. Our goverment said yesterday, that we arent allowed to travel until there is is vaccination.

    1. i also like it last meal on the evening and then go for a nice workout in the morning

    2. at the moment i freak out on poppy seed noodles, its made out of potatodough. No idea if yoh can get it in england, and that with jam. I love it

    HI! so in offseason im a fan of less frequency in injections which means a longer sether like cypionat or enanthat, which of both i dont care. less injections means less scar tissue and chance of an infection. in contest prep i like propionat cause due to its shorter half time it has when injected daily a brilliant bloodlevel with less possible sides. i donT like sustanon cause there are differnet components in it which cumulate and give bloodl level fluctuationwith more sides
    the efectivity of all testorsterones is the same so i go for those who have less sides
