    Yesterday evening had a nice sightseeing walk through vienna with NABBA UNIVERSE Overall Winner 2018 Lock Gannon and it was an absolute pleasure. We are so same minded and had a brilliant chat about bodybuilding, nabba shows back to 2009,…….
    Was a very nice evening. I helped him 2018 the last 4 weeks to get in the shape of his life. Usually i never do such short projects. But the work mentality of lock is just great and my feeling was right

    macht es Sinn, direkt nach dem Training, bevor dem Post Workout Meal (Isolat und Reisflocken) ein GDA zu nehmen oder ist das direkt nach dem Training nicht notwendig, da der Körper ohnehin zu diesem Zeitpunkt sensetiver gegenüber der Aufnahme von KH ist.

    Ganz vergessen dir zu antworten sorry!
    Ich würde zu diesem zeitpunkt auf alle fälle ein gda nehmen. Die kh einlagerung ist effektiver und besser

    Thats a question which is generally hard to answer, cause it depends on more factors, like how is your kcal balance, when do you run?
    Take sure that your legs are recovered and that you don’t steal recovery for them. But 2 a week should for 20min shouldnt be a problem at all.

    Another point which you should care concerning running, when you have more then 90kg, take care of your knees!

    Until now not much to say. Looking forward to tomorrow. Lock Gannon is comming for a visit. He won the overall universe 2018 with my help so we gonna a have a little sightseeing and training.
    Imstill wait for fabians pictures at the moment we are at 111kg so still 7kg to go

    I can agree with Kuba. Kcal are quite low, that i would add cardio first. And yes up the protein

    Keep it flexible with time and dont do it to aggressive, i always suggest periods of 4-max 8 weeks

    Interesting, i Always heard mini-cutting’s are as agressive as possible to end it faster, what would be your base recommendantions for a mini-cutt i mean as manipulating defict and cardio? would you even use stim’s during mini-cut? sorry for all the questions but i Always like to hear from you Stefan! ty![/quote]
    I wouldnt use stims if you are an competitive athlete, cause you will need full power in real diet. Most of the time i go down 500-700 kcal and add more cardio. With not agressive i mean, take sure that you still recover and at least keep power in gym.

    HinTodd, as Kuba says i would do the cardio around workout, i would give the cardio early morning or on the rest days. Keep it at an aerobic heart rate. If your goal is muscle building get a little bit more serious with your food and track. To get sure you get stronger in gym and gain some weight if you ramp cardio up

    Hi Stefan what is the real interest of ketotifen in bodybuilding? allow those who use clenbuterol that the receptors for it do not saturate?

    Yes as we discussed yesterday in our insta life. All sympathicomimetics, especially beta ones, tend to have a downregulation in adrenergic rezeptors. Ketotifen which is usually a antihistamin has the abillity to slower that process.

    Hey guys, it actually helped me during that situation when you do not have flare up but in the meantime you’re not 100% good. In 5-10 days it made me feel perfect again and usually in these situation a flare up is likely going to happen.
    During a (severe) flare up i had last october I used it again but this time i did not notice big differences using bpc tho.
    At the moment i’m pushing 4-5k kcal daily with no GI issues at all but i still have a bottle of bpc waiting to be used if something starts to go worse.
    Administration: I tried IM, SUB and oral. What i empirically found is that for my UC the last method is the best one, i have spoken to other guys with UC and Chrons and they seem to have the same feedback
    In conclusion: very good used as a prevention, not so effective (at least in my case) during a flare up.

    P.s. dosages where ~400-500mg per day.

    Exactly as Kevin and Jimmy said. Try to have intensity the same. If you do different styles of cardio it will make more fun!
