if you go to drop 35 t3 and you also have t4 in the system, i would keep t4 the same, reduce for 3 days to 20 t3 and then 3 days 10, still the same t4, then i would skip it totally and after 3 days i would reduce the t4 to half and keep it for a week before i also would skip it. app 3 weeks later check bloods and see what to do!

When you say no insulin for stomach issues do you mean blowing out the stomach with bloat or gaining too much fat. A friend of mine from Ireland just started working with you and he said this as well but I didn’t know what it meant. ThanksYou just have to digest more, eat more, put more stress on the digestive system. Insulin sensitivity goes down and you try to eat more, which gets a bad circle. The effect of insulin and the fulness is also a quite temporary. So in the most cases it is just not worth it and doesnt get the athlete better, perhaps a little bigger. But if its about competitive bodybuilding better athletes win not bigger.

What is your opinion on finasteride ? For hair loss? Is it worth it in your opinionI wouldnt go for it. Hair loss is a thing if you get it its hard to control even with finasterid. Handle it or skip to another drug

HI! yes i like to start it that early! if the job is done or it goes to fast, i reduce or skip, which is quite often the case! usually i tapper up: 3 days 40 3 days 80 then 120 mosst cases, sometimes 160 mcg, but thats very rare.
in your case, just see and control it, usually like you see i have 2 medical and 2 natural ( food and cardio) fat burners in a diet. i always corellate look with them, so if we have cardio on the limit ( really on the limit or also on the limit of that specific life) same with food i will use clen or thyroid as parameter to change. t3 i never try to go over 50 for example. its hard to explain and is different from person to person.
i tend to start earlier than 10 weeks also in the mind to skip it cause sometimes clen wastes a lot of volume, but thats also personal.

thats also the suggestion i would give! the blood test levels are different from person to person with the same amount of test cause of multiple factors. the idea with a pharma test is very good, but i would also say after 4 injections and then the same time until bloodwork to see the difference cause usually you have a quite even bloodlevel after 4 half times!

that depends a little on the athlete and how much mass he carries!
set up one intermediate:2,5 hours before meal with all nutrients ( about 80 carbs, 40 protein, some fat)
45 min before an isolate shakeintra is the best combo to date sustain and mps max ( i would go for 2 servings sustain, and 1 mps max)
right after 100g cereals ( less than 3% fat) and about 50g isolat
45-60min later a meal with all nutrients like before
if you are heavier:
i will also have some carbs as cream of rice with the isolate but then about 1 hour before
and intra 3 or even 4 servings sustainand post more cereals!

concerning that i`m quite oldschool! i drop test prop 6 days before and replace it with proviron! tren and all other non aromatizing compounds stay until day before show, no pinning on show day! there shouldnt be any problem with retention

Excess protein in urine is not normal and is considered a health concern. Proteins are relatively large molecules compared to what is typically filtered by the kidney. Filtering protein can often cause inflammation/swelling of the nephrons (part of the kidney), resulting in a condition called nephritis.
I’m not saying for definite that this is the case for you, but it could be. Your additional follow-up visits will shed more light on the matter._________________________________________

I totally agree with Lewis! Protein in urine always has to be checked. I had some athletes in the past with that problem. Structually the typical problem would be a filtration problem in the kidney and a structural defect. But it can also be at a normal structural kidney which work physiologically. So definitly get a kidney check!
