And what are your thoughts when using HGh in Offseason? Better T4 than T3?

Hiho everybody. Today i’m a little bit laternon my way. I always go wirh my doughter to the bus and today her school starts later. Helena is my one and everything, the most adorable person in the world (besides my wife).
Yesterday afternoon also fabi came to check in before diet starts on 16.12.
We set up the diet. We gonna start at 4400kcal training day (330p, 570c, 80f), rest day 3800kcal (300p, 420c, 90f)
We have to reduce about 12kg to get in the weight limit, condition is very good now at 116kg, 104 is the limit.
Gear we go with stefan classic, but a little bit lower dosed than before.
Starting 16 weeks out
100 prop
50 drosta
50 tren
Clen build up to 120mcg
2mg keto
T3 20
T4 100
Aromasin 25mg
10weeks out we add
30mg oxandrolon
6 weeks out we switch from aromasin to 2,5mg letro eod
4 weeks out we add 50 winstrol
Thats the plan so far and the plan might be changed, but usually that should fit quite well.
No gh or insulin used at all

Hi Peter!

Are these daily dosages? Do you prefer your clients to administer daily or how would this be split.
I saw a couple of pages back you like e5d but does this differ precontest?
And one more question. What is the reasoning behind starting the Oxandrolone at 10 weeks out? Would this run all the way into show and taper up?

Hiho Adam!Yes it test prop so i like it daily same as tren and drostanolon. In offseason i’m a fan of longer esthers and also of pinning less frequent. Pinning always gives a scar and is an inflamation so i try to minimise that.
In prep i’m still a believer of short esthers to have a very stable blood level.
I like the „volume giving“ effect of oxandrolon in the prep. I will keep the same dosage until the end.
Usually at 10weeks kcal drops so thats the time i want that addition.
But as always thats the strategy and if something occures i will react, more or less dosage, another compound….Just follow my log to be update!

Receptor saturation is a myth imo…. switching compounds will have 0 benefit whatsoever if anything can cause some issues from hormonal perspective.
Same esters easy to control keep changing and swapping it won’t be so easy.Kuba and Jimmy, just wanted to know your opinion … I’ve been on-cycle for 7 months or so now, which I know is a long time. However, Blood pressure and bloods are still fine and not planning on recovering in the future with a PCT (will blast/ cruise and do TRT later on in life).
Based on the above, what would you do if the goal is to gain muscle, just continue the cycle since there’s ‘no problem’ to be found in bloods? Or am I looking over something?

For those who don’t know i’m owning a therapy institute. We sometimes use a thera gun as addition, but it can never replace a deep tissue, A.R.T or fascia treatment, as an addition for at home its nice. I only know the thera gun

@cesar-guarido If you have that problems you have to be analytic:
1. take a look if there is food you dont digest well (often oats or certain forms of vegetables)
2. if you dont see any bettering, go to the doctor and do a candida albicans and hilicopacter pylorii test. Sometimes (30%) these fuck up your digestive system. Also check for fructose and laktose
3. if there is all fine go for a cruise 250test and take a look if problems dissapear. Usually your stack should be no problem for digestion so thats the last thing i would do.

Lucas is outstanding. One of the biggest parameters was taking care about lucas digestion, and well being. So we reduced drugs let him recover and blasted again. Also we excluded insulin cause always he got stomach issues. We also did 2 cuts between which also boosted his growing potential.

Today we also gonna record a new Sprechstunde wirh Richard Staudner. For everybody who understands German i really suggest you to watch it. Its quite funny but also you can learn a lot from watching it. Richard is the coach of several UFC Fighters. Concerning Performance and Athletic he is the man! I will also try to do a video with him about the differences in training and strategy in bodybuilding and athletic sports

Just to give you an example thats a check in how i like it. Its peak week for my boy @sacke who is doing his show this weekend in sweden.
I really like the way he communicates with me as a coach:*Peak week / Depletion – Day 3*
*Weight*
Monday: 75,6kg – Leg depletion #1
Tuesday: 75,4kg – Pull Depletion #2
Wednesday: 75,2kg- Push DepletionSteps at 6000-7000 /day , trying to keep em down
*Training Pull depletion*
Was a great session, fun with some variation and pump work not having to focus on numbers. Took me 40 minuters to finish, total of 10 set back, 6 set rear delts, 6 set biceps and 3 set calves.*Digestion* Same as yesterday.
Excellent all meals, stomach flat, no bloat/discomfort at all. My post meal 100g rice dry weight, 200g vegetables and 150g chicken went right through me barely felt like I had eaten, took 1 In-sure capsule with meal and breakfast as usual.*hunger* Same as yesterday here
Great! Hungry throughout the whole day.Waking up 6:00 AM every day now
*Water consumption* I fill 1,5 liters bottles so that is how i measure.
First 1,5 liters finished

hi! first congratulations for hitting your personal maximum weight with better condition.
what worked out well with quite the same problem digestion whise in case of eric wildberger (overall arnolds ohio mens physique amateur champ) was a fasting period of 48 yours, that sounds really strange and is a solution people in other sports quite often do. My freind richard uses that “fasting tool” very often with his ufc fighters. also in erics case the problems with his digestion were solved. maybe its also worth a try for you!Hi Stefan,

like jordan said, follow your coach its never a good idea if you prep when you loose the way. like i always say, there are a lot of ways to come to rome, but you have to go it and not change it. if you are concerned that it is to less, discuss it with him and hear his arguments! for me its always important that my athletes ask, why i am doing something, sometimes or let me say its necesarry to see bodybuilding longterm so i think he has a strategy behind! ask for it!
