Hi Stefan,
mainly attached at the forarm where’s the insertion at, the muscle is getting painful and hard when training.
Also feeling it when pressing/massaging into the higher area in the origin.
After training pain holds on for few minutes, from shoulderjoint until forearm.
Training is upper/lower. Tried to avoid rows that include much bicep movement so I did just some pullovers but wasn’t the best idea. Then cancelled the session due to pain that even occured when pressing.Like the others also said, go and check it, if it only would have been the origin of the muscle its often a problem caused by pressing movements. On the lower part it might be a grip thing and something similar to a tennis elbow (i dont know if that exist also in english) and get worse through all in the neutral grip.

The blood level are always quite good injected in half life. During my medicine studie thst was one of the first things we learned, that we should use medication in half time intervall, and i still think thats the nicest ways. Second is also pinning less frequent. Every pin is a scar, every pin has the potential danger of an abszess. So i want to minimize that.Concerning ai i would first have a look, with sides have you cause of aromstisation. Is there no side (no gyno, no excessive water) i would keep them out totally.
People are totally different sensitive to estrogen. There are people with sides below 100 and people who tolerate 200 wirhout a problem. So be objective what you want to erase and take dosage as needed.Concerning dbol, it often upsets stomach, not only appetite loss, its also a worse digestion, higher acid levels in stomach. But like always thats very individually. Besides that i really like dbol

I wouldnt go higher now with test.
500 e5d is my favourite amount of test.
750 e5d is the most i use.
The addition of primo would definitly nice, if quality is good
400mg will do fine e5d
Dbol i just would use if you are shure that you dont have stomach problems and then i would also cycle it with 6 weeks on 4 offSo primo is totally fine no need for nandrolone. If i would go for npp, but above mentioned stack should be fine. Cause you want to aim for mens physique take care of your stomach concerning orals

Clen is potassium wasting even in small dossages which can also lead to muscle strength loss, so always take your potassium supplement, just take care in final prep and the use of potassium storing diuretics not overdoing potassium

Take it every day. If its monohydrate i suggest you with your carbs meal. Time of taking doesnt make a big difference

A good marker for health reasoned cardio is 120min-150min a week. Keep your intesity to that point that you can talk without the loss of air. Then you should be in the right heart rate, age depending between 110-130

Concerning knee pain, your physio should be able to tell you whats wrong. Without knowing everything, very often mobility is the key. For example your quad is growing and you dont keep up mobility, your patella tendon will be shortened and the knee will gonna Hurt especially sitting. So talk with your physio and evaluate mobility.

Some questions:
Female competitor should stop to take the pill if it is estradiol/norethindrone (aka estrogen replacement) to achieve better results?
Or Maybe will depend about comp category?
There’s some kind of “gear” that you ll suggest to female/male independently which category/comp that help to be at the best on show day (off or on season)?

Yes i would suggest any female competitor to drop the pill all year round. But i would suggest that nearly every non competjtive women too.Concerning gear with girls i always say, first competition especially bikini, wellness really shoud be done without any gear. Person should see if she likes competing st sll and least if there are the genes for that sport.
If that works well, eventually clen can be a usefull tool.
2nd stag would be a aromatase inhibitor in prep
Concerning bikini especially when the never used it i would try to keep it as long as possible out but the next step would be thyroid and some anavar.
Concerning man i wouldnt always go for sone test for first cycle. Woman should always avoid test

Update from yesterday @michael_thebox won the up to 80kg class! Super happy for that, last show this saison and we nailed it, even he didnt look bad in the overall against all the monsters weighting 20-40kg more. So there are definitly chances to get pro i. An amateur olympia. Were they give 3 cards.
Rene got 2nd in that tough class
Harry got 2nd in the up to 102kg class which is ok, we know there is more work to do in the glute area, with that fixed he is super dangerous.
All overall judging was sometimes crazy in that show. Also in mens physique. Sorry for haider 4th now way he definitly was better.
Like always they didnt judge in the evening but anyway everybody showed up his best

Prejudging is over, some crazy judging but as always its that way in that sport.
Kati was full and condition was ok, it could be better, if she wouldnt gain that much in offseason, but for that prep it was maximum, it also was better than 2 weeks ago at the universe.
My only explanation is she looks to much bodybuilding. She didnt get a final which i still cant belive.Ralf did good. Again 21 people on stage.
Ralfs biggest problem is his presentation, which just shows to less self confidence, so he just got 6nd callout, then after 2 poses directly in the middle that showed them how good he is but it was to late first 5 were send from stage before.
He could have got 3. or 4. again, but his presentation must get better.Michael did very well, also rene no doubt both looked excellent and directly into first call quite center. Lets keep

He should also get top 3.
Lets seeAlso crazy callout with Haider. They put him easily looking best jn the ehole group, not center, i hope that just shoewed that he doesnt have to be compared
