    Morning guys,
    Last couple of sessions went well. Satisfied both for pull and Legs yesterday. I m going in the 6th week of my training block, so let s see how performance will go in the following weeks but I m not afraid to push on.

    2 week after my moving and Gym atmosphere is great and that helps a lot plus as I said gym kit make the difference.

    Usual rest day so:
    – steps
    – house work
    – meal prep / food shop
    – chill in the afternoon

    Morning guys,
    Yesterday push session was a good one. I can confirm that machines sometimes make the difference in your training (especially if broken or very old like my previous ones in my old gym).

    Pull today. Apart from that usual routine and nothing to report.

    Thursday,

    After 2 overall good sessions, yesterday was a rest day and it was very welcomed.

    This morning Push session, instead afternoon will be dedicated to study.

    Tuesday,

    Early morning as usual. Yesterday session saw nice progressions which made me happy. Onto Lower today.

    I m Waiting to sort all admin works before starting my PT sessions in a gym. Looking forward to it and start helping people as the “beginning date should be the 1th of April.

    Usual rest day for me.
    Still getting acclimated to the new house/city but hopefully my routine hasn’t changed so much.

    Tomorrow upper on the cards.

    Morning guys, almost a week here in my new home/city. Last 2 days I have set everything for my future job as a Pt plus I have worked on writing different routines and see what actually work better and not. (Again always following the suggestion from @MeganSylvester !)

    Today last session of the week.. legs. Pretty boring sessions this week because I have only set baseline numbers in the new gym. From next week we should see progressions as always!

    Rest day. Different place but routine doesn’t change.

    -food prep/shop
    -house work
    – admin work

    Lower yesterday was a good one. Set base line numbers where I will try to bring up. Tomorrow push.

    Morning guys,
    First day yesterday alone, in my new house, new town, and as you can immagine a stressfull one.

    Also first session in the new gym. Finally some serious kit and much ready to run there my sessions.
    Yesterday was Upper, today lower!

    Last day here in my hom with my family, from tomorrow I will be in the new city. Everything is ready and packed!

    Last 2 sessions (pull/legs) felt ok. Good progress across all exercises, definitely happy with that, however from Monday I will set new base line numbers because of the new gym! Can’t wait!

    Last few days in my city with my family. Everything is almost ready, only last few bits will be prepared the day prior the move which will be Sunday this week.

    Push day today. Satisfied with performance and mood in the gym.
    Tomorrow pull.

    First 2 session completed this week. Upper yesterday and Lower today. Both have seen progression across all sets so happy with the performance.

    Today session:
    -seated calves
    -lying leg curl
    -rdl
    -leg ext.
    -leg press
    -hip trust machine
    -adductor

    Rest day tomorrow.

    Rest day much needed after 3 days in a row…

    Usual routine today so not much to report. Cardio/food prep/admin work/house work/steps/eat.
    Big week next coming one with my moving to the new city next Sunday. Almost everything is now ready. I will do last few bits the last few days.

    Pull day was a good one.
    I have actually made some changes to my session in terms of exercises and rep ranges because things started to stall.

    Crazy to think one more rotation in my usual gym and from March I will live alone in a different city/ will train in a different environment.

    Legs tomorrow to wrap up the week.

    Rest day today spend to prepare everything for tomorrow where I will go again to Piacenza for my moving next week.
    Apart from that usual routine.

    Yesterday lower session was a positive one. Took progression across a few exercises.

    Hi Oscar. Firstly thank you for reaching me in the log. Always a pleasure!

    After a quite stressful period post “mock prep” in late November / December where I didn’t handled how I wanted my reverse (forcing me to not take my food up and basically remaining in a catabolic period for a long time) I have now regain my normal self confidence.

    Moreover in 2 weeks time as written in the previous posts I will move to another city in Italy to be able to train in a bodybuilding environment and moreover to start my PT training in a gym. A big step which is necessary for my life.

    Apart from all that right now things are overall good and hope you too!!
