    Morning guys,
    Both yesterday and today are rest days so nothing too crazy!
    I m already prepping all the stuff for the move in 2 weeks time. Other than that normal NTD routine.

    Lower today. Overall happy with performance in the gym.
    Now rest both days this week end ready to go again on Monday.

    Also Last 2 weeks here in my house/hometown before moving to Piacenza to open a new chapter of my life. Looking forward to it!

    Hey Daniel, right now things have settled for what concerns food relationship. So happy days with that.
    And no unfortunately I don’t work whith Meg anymore but I still thank her for all she has done for me!

    Morning guys,
    This week post deload I have decided to run 4 days split to aid recovery and set up my self better for the new training block.
    So today Upper and tomorrow lower.
    Week end will be off.

    Tuesday

    Lower session this morning after 7 full days where i didn’t touch them. Slightly drop in performance (mainly 1 rep) on each exercise which is commun after a deload. Nothing to be concerned about.

    Session was:
    Calves
    Lying leg curl
    DB RDL
    Leg extensions
    Leg press
    Hip trust
    Adductor

    Rest day tomorrow.

    Upper session this morning. First one after the deload. Sligh change in exercises / reset numbers. Ready for this next block of training. Tomorrow Lower.

    After yesterday session I decided to take from today 3 days to deload and get fresh before next block which will begin from Monday.

    This month and the following one will be very busy so it makes sense pull back now.

    Thursday
    Today push day. I have lowered some sets from this session. Will see how recovery will be. At the same time third food increase since the end of my diet/mock prep. Feeling much better.

    Morning guys,
    Early start of the day at 4:40 am like always as part of my routine.

    I was happy with yesterday Upper. Added 0,5 kg in a few exercises with matched reps.
    Today Lower on the cards and tomorrow a much needed rest day!

    Sunday rest day.
    Yesterday I finally found a house to rent and I can now confirm I will move the first week of March!

    I will keep you updated on that as well.

    Yesterday session in the local gym was very nice. Machines from different brands like prime/gymleco felt great and can’t wait to use them every single day from March

    Morning guys!
    Early start for me today at 4:00 am.
    Cardio done and 30 min walk done before traveling to the new city to visit some houses where I will move in March!

    At the same time I will train there for my last session Legs. Of course this gym will be one of the main reason I will move there!

    Tomorrow rest day as usual.

    Good evening guys.
    Firsly sorry for not having uploaded my log!

    Last few sessions have been up and down. External stress has been higher in this past few days but I can confirm now that from March I will move to another city and hopefully another gym full of hummer/gymleco/cybex/prime pieces which in Italy is extremely rare!!
    I will try to start my career as a PT there as there are much more opportunities in comparison to my hometown!

    So it will be a stressful February but this is what I want and I will work hard for it!

    Rest day.
    As said in the previous posts I m feeling each day better despite BW isn’t increasing since the up in kcal.
    Yesterday sessions saw progressions so I m satisfied with that.

    Usual rest day for me:
    – meal prep
    -house work
    – admin work
    – steps/posing
