    Day 59 of prep REST ( day 4 deload)

    Really just want to train now haha !! That fire and like excited nature to train is so high. First session back is Thursday push at Rotherham. Cannot wait to use the new kit.

    Off top of my head gonna use :
    Atlantis lateral
    Atlantis smith
    Prime shoulder press
    Strive high incline
    Prime dip
    Lying lateral
    Cable skull crusher
    Some sort of single arm ext

    Tuesday check in. No changes. New low weigh in 127.6lbs happy ish. Shape there just quite flat upper but haven’t trained upper in a while due to this deload I’ll add a couple shots.

    You know the score still fat let’s work harder

    Hello all. Again apologies for not updating much …. but there hasn’t been much to report. Strength at an all time high. Waking up eating training chilling eating more sleeping more.

    We have a start date for prep. Just gonna let you know how I feel really. I am scared. Very scared. I don’t want to let people down.

    Happy that I have absolutely added tissue. But equally I know I do need more. I know it’s gonna be hard. That excites me.

    look fantastic, always impress me when you update, no doubt you will do when show day comes.

    hey guys,

    update on me :),

    im 7.5 weeks in to cruise, holding pretty well strength is still up, around 238-240 in am .

    training is 4 days a week ,

    push,, rest, legs, delts arms, pull, rest

    didnt know were to put this, but just wanted to say thank you for everything on the site, this year has been a very good year training wise and alot thanks to the knowledge on here, the videos are unbeatable and the forum is priceless.

    push today, had hs incline first exercise but something feelt fucked in chest, prob just should have gone home but did a shoulder n tri session
