dude, i just have a q, how i jp coaching yourself, are he givining u training n nutrition or just nutrition. or are u doing that stuff for yourself n gets weekly inputs.
I think I understand the question, Jordan is my coach he decides on everything… but it is got to the stage now that he will converse ideas with me which leads to a plan of action. Regards to training he has set that but he doesn’t always know what equiptment the gym has he etc… so I have to adapt the plan

Will start with a few grams of salt and see if I need to increase/decrease going off of look.
Ordered some organic dandelion root – natural diuretic.
Pics daily to coach to adjust what the coming plans are. Nothing too crazy in the gym just high rep volume work 15-20 reps optimal. Kept diary of notes to keep track, next few days should be exciting !nice dude, lets work this last week. GOOD LUCK 🙂

i have heard that you take magnesium, l teanin and ash pwo n pre sleep, which doses are u taking.
im looking in to neuro supps pwo cause i have school and work so want to optimizie recovery. 🙂
will also take it pre bed to get calm and sleep better hopefully.

How much ash would you recommend to start with, i use 200mg l teanin but invested in mag glycinate n ash too, will take this pwo, which doses are u recomends.
