    nice cause atm i use vascumax, cause im on high calories for me and the stim fucks my appetite and mood sometimes.

    thanks guys, thing is i did powerlifting before so always start with an incline,

    my push is right now
    A, hammer incline, db flat,
    B db incline, bb or Smith flat, dips

    when i start with flat its just tris cause i did powerlifting back in the days.
