that session was VERY good…im literally just guna try and match or be in touching distance! arghhhHaha – I hate this feeling. Your writing down your numbers thinking – nah I didn’t do that, then the realisation hits you need to bit it and you make a tiny gulp lololol
Nothing can compare to that pre-workout excitement/ slight feeling of anxiety when reading your log book and having to psych yourself up to beat previous weeks numbers!!
Just watched this video, strong 🙂 very motivating.
you motivated me to touch 4pps on hammer incline today 🙂

Some “push” shots from today, vascumax is good haha. rly recommend it. i have tried that and big noise from r1. vascu is way better imo.

Really good session, 190 on RDL for 7 so getting close to 200kgs which will be a long time personal goal achievement, I’d like to get that for 5-6! Session yesterday:

Hey guys. Being as though I can’t train tomorrow due to having a crazy day with work i had to hit legs today. Now the rdl is in legs and theres no hip hinge in my pull sessions I was confident i would be ok and even came away with 2 rep pb on the Cybex hack and a pb on the vertical leg press. So I am v happy considering this is my last leg session for a long while

Lying hamstring curl – 1×12 1×10 1×14
Cybex hack – 4plates – 8, 3 plates – 12
Pause in the hole pendulum squats – 2 plates – 9
Regular reps – 2 plates – 12
Vertical leg press – 5plates+10kg a side – 15, 5plates – 15
Barbell Paused rdls heels raised (loaded the hammies and glutes) – 160kg – 10, 140kg – 12
Adductors – stack +10kg – rest pause 12-6-3
Hammer Leg extension – 3×15
Donkey Calf raise – 3×12
Also the first time in months I’ve had no knee issues. Even took the sbds off and used the single ply sleeves. So I’m v v happy with that. Weird how it’s just stopped all of a sudden, annoying it’s right before surgery but at least when I’m back I’m hoping every single niggle will have recovered and I’ll be like an 18 year old again …. and not just the size of 1..
