Why you stil take winny and up tren from 200 to 350

So do weigh in today. Got back home to the uk late last night so didn’t unpack.

Pretty much ran my normal prep day menu today. 480g carbs, trained back

Lowered volume so did 4 movements instead of the usually 6

Undecided on my next show. I need to see if I can train legs with my left knee. It’s been quite painful throughout the FIBO weekend.

I’ll stay close to contest shape for now so I can
Strike where I see the opportunity

Worse case, I call it here and focus on rehabbing my knee so I can be at my best for the Olympia in October

Cycle
900 test
350 tren
350 mast
50 winny
10 gh
1 adex Monday & Thursday

So tweaked it slightly

Training was decent – Arm work limited due to tendon issue

1 arm machine curl – 5 x 8-14 – all failure sets

Seated ham curl – x 8, x 8, x10F
extensions – x 8, x 8, x 9F
pendulum – x 8, x 6/6 – nothing to failure here as not used before and this thing is dam heavy.

very happy to be back in the grove – intend to train thurs/Fri before being away at weekend again

246 again today. Feeling leeeeean.

Rest day today.
280g carbs + 30 minute easy walk

Been hammering my delts / chest and legs with my massage gun. And stretching a lot today . Feel like it’s all helping a lot. I need to do this stuff daily so I’ll make time

Otherwise no changes

I’ll see what Chris says for tomorrow

You take proviron only on training day? Why?

2 lb bump up to 257 today after yesterday high day

Feel a little fuller. Nothing ground breaking

Chris has given me another high say tomorrow. So he wants to see more fulness before coming back down

Cycle still the same

1300 test
600 eq
50 winny training days
50 proviron training days
10 gh before bed

470g carbs today
800 tomorrow
No cardio

7 weeks 1 day out.

My left knee is sore after yesterday’s leg day.
I don’t think that knee has too many miles left before it packs in haha becoming very hard to kneel down at all now during the day

Same with my right shoulder

But I think that’s ok after 27-28 years if lifting

Onwards we go!

Delts and traps with abs today felt quite good

Smith upright row 3 x 8-15
Machine shrugs 3 x 8-12
Db side laterals 4 x 8-12
Cable reverse fly 4 x 8-15
Cable side laterals 3 x 8-12
Rope ab crunches 5 x 20-30

You split proviron and winstrol am pm or only prework?

262 today FINALLY Chris has cut some food out. I tonight the day would never come and I’ll be cursed with high food forever haha , this may come back and bite me later on in the prep !

He’s removed the fat from nuts last meal.
removed all the rice from meal 5 and a portion of the rice from meal 4

So I’d say around about 180 carbs and 25 fats removed

This + the 50 winny + the 50 proving
Supple see a nice changes over the next few days / week

Also I’m having 12iu insulin (fast) with meal 1 , not sure I mentioned that before sorry

Great back season you. I’ve lowered volume for now as joint pain has been
Increasing , it’s interfering with day to day stuff so I’m switching training to lower volume. For now at least

Nothin else to report for now. Let’s get LEAN

Back and Abs
Rope ab crunches 5 x 10-20
Assisted pull ups – 4 different grips – 1 work set on each 8-12 reps
Low row singles 2 x 8-12
High row 2 x 8-12
Underhand pull dons 2 x 6-10
Deadlift (half way) 2 x 10-15

You have a tear in acl and you walk and train normaly ? Or just patella dislocation and what cause you this probleme ,can give me a name for watching this op in youtube.i have patella dislocation too thanks

Is like you have a patella dislocation a lot ? And now you walk normal and traun ?

What name of operation you want to do and what probleme nathan ?

Solid posterior session today. Another very busy day in the laptop.

I have pulled my food down a little

Today to start bringing bodyweight down with my operation closing in. I see no need to be sat at this bodyweight for another 6 weeks so a good 10-15lbs can come back off, It’s not serving me for recovery, mobility, and just being functional. Especially with baby due shortly too.

I know I can push back up quickly and I’m responsive when required.

4 days is suiting me in the gym aswell getting a lot from the sessions currently and progressing nicely.
Revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (left knee) + bone-tendon-bone autograft (left side) + lateral extra-articular tenodesis (left knee)

Basically 2 in one a ACL revision reconstruction plus an extra procedure to Stabilise my knee on the lateral side

Sorry bud? Can you repeat the question
So i can gi agresive now and maintain at ramadan after can complete?

I think better option would be prepping away from Ramadan, spend entire time of Ramadan in maintance, if you are fasting then you are much likely to just lose tissue that is not a time I would spend in a deficit

What probleme for your knee is a tear on mcl or what you need an operation ?

Wed – good day today

5 meals in.
great few hours with Arilena this morning.
Worked this afternoon and a couple of consult calls.
Trained 4:30-6 and then podcast tonight.

Training went well, still taking things easy with my knee but no pain at all, also adjusting to new split layout.

Arms/legs

EZ cable curl – x 8, x 12F, x 10F
Ez cable PD – x 10, x 10F, x 7F
1 arm machine curl – x 8, x 8f, x 13F
1 arm Tri PD -x 8, x 11F, x 9F

Lay ham curl – x 8, x8, x 7F
Extensions – x 8, x 8, x 10F
Leg press – x 10, x 10, x 10F

lower working volume on legs all week as I asses the right knee.

What this unhealty choice or healthy choice?

264 today. Much happier at this weight. If I can creep this up close to 270 especially at this cycle level I’ll be happy. I won’t expect more, if I do go higher it’ll start getting you soft I think

Strength is up in the gym. Fulness is coming back. More importantly I feel healthier

At 3+g anabolics I didn’t feel good. At the time I didn’t realise / didn’t care. But everything was affected, sleep cardio putting my shoes on etc all felt so taxing and hard to do.

3 days ago one my good friends passed away. Heart attack. On of the first “big” guys I met and was inspired by. He made some unhealthy choices but ultimately it came down to just pushing the envelope too hard too far for too long from too many ends.

I’ve made much healthier choices and haven’t push as hard but still, I’ve been bodybuilding for 27 years. Assisted for the last 17 years. I’m an Olympian , I’ve been over 250 lbs for the last decade.

This is goes against me regardless of how healthy I try and eat / supplements etc etc…

I’m 40 with 2 young sons. I don’t want to risk harder than I have to. So I need to make smart choices

It’s a wake up call when you lose those friends you grew up with the lived this lifestyle with.

To add to this, that strongman passed away this weekend too , he was also 40 years old.

I won’t be quitting but I’m going be more mindful with how hard I push especially in the off season

Instead if shooting for 10 lbs stage weight (example) I’ll be happy with 3 lbs more size , if 238 lb Sas got me to the Olympia, then I’m sure 240 lb Sas can too.

Hope this makes sense

Sorry for the depressing talk! Sometimes it’s good stop and remember what we are doing. And if it’s worth it.

Risk is worth the reward for me right now since I do this for my boys. And I love this game Personally too so I do risk harder than most. But I’m aware of that and I won’t be doing this forever

What your calorie for this recomp ?

Saturday – a better day

2 x 25 minute dog walks
Eating was ok – 4 meals
didnt wrap up work till 7pm but then went to train

Shoulders/back/chest/calfs –
2moro will be arms/legs –

Trying something a little different this week

Session – very much just easing back in and dam everything felt sore and off from skiing and lack of training.

Seated Db laterals – 4 x 10-12
narrow grip press – 3 x 8
Overhand machine pull down – 3 x 8
1 arm HS pull down – 3 x 8
Chest press – 3 x 10-12
Chest focused dips – 3 x 12-15
seated toe press – 4 x 12-15.

I am going to run this out this week so 4 sessions total and design a new split. I have not trained legs now for 3-4 weeks so the increased frequency will bring things back quickly. Legs are my strong point so doing arms first helps prioritise those. I will then put qual volume through shoulders/back chest.

volume will be –
12 sets per week for shoulders/back/chest.
Bi/tri will be 12 sets per week
Legs will be 10-12.

the goal for the next 10 weeks as mentioned is to drive a hard recomp after 8 weeks of very sub part training and Nutriton. I want to get lean lean for my 40th and then spend the rest of the year growing.

PED use.

300mg test e only split MWF

GH – start at 5iu pre bed and build up to 10iu over the next 2 weeks
Mots C – 1mg on wake daily
NAD – 50mg 3 x a week
Klow – 10iu pre bed
fast slin – pre training 5iu for all sessions

Meal plan to be posted 2moro once finalised
