268 today after yesterday rest day. Can feel my body on the verge of getting sick, tickle / sore ish throat so I’ve increased vitamin c and veggie mite as well as doubled up on multi vitamins. And going easy in the gym this week anyway so I’ll try fight it off

Is what it is. Hit a pull session with my client tay today. Was ok he was just doing a light pump and I was trying to train properly so the synergy wasn’t there. Nowhere near as good as I would have liked. But again. It is what it is 😂. Rest day tomorrow so will have some more time in the day for work. Let’s see how to goes. It’s registration day ! -

270 today. Definitely hitting a wall here. Body feels beat , having a deload week this week to see if it helps. So slightly less volume as well as lighter loads.
Most likely I’ll back off after this week for 2-3 weeks. Let body weight drop down to 255-260, reduce water and stress, reduce anabolics and gh, then come January start to crank up again. Push for 6-8 weeks then back off again before starting prep for next years shoes
Today was arm day. Yesterday was leg day. Tomorrow is rest day.

Last rest day done !! And as expected couldn’t train even if I wanted to I was sat working all day. Calls, podcast and check ins. Super busy. But we’re done and in bed with cardio and steps boxed off too. Weight down into the 93s which we haven’t been in a while but steps were higher yesterday. Up and out early tomorrow for the day of judgement… bloods. 7 weeks post show Saturday so will see what’s what. Hopefully won’t be bad but I have been on cycle for a long time this year with some heavy stints and a long prep too so fingers crossed. And I get to lift ! So looking forward to that big time. Gonna hit up muscle hut for my first session back and do pull. Push Saturday and legs Sunday.

What a horrible day it was yesterday. Flew through the night with no WiFi, delays and didn’t get home until 6am couldn’t then sleep until 8 and woke at like 4pm. Ruined. Rested just steps and cardio. Got plans through from Zac and it’s time to get this health phase done and dusted then it hammer time. And we grow like fuck !!

Evening guys! Announced some big news today. Pheebs is 14 weeks pregnant and we are expecting a little one in April next year!
It still feels surreal but also the most amazing news.
I will be keeping my fertility protocol going for another month or so h til we have had the 20 week scan and I have had some semen frozen!
Then I can get back to work!
Great push session today with the doc! Pull tomorrow and very much looking forward to it

Really positive lower day today! Everything progressed on legs nicely. Felt strong today. Cardio and dog walk done.

Rest day tomorrow and podcast recording. Then a new starter plan to set up!

289lbs this AM cardio done again its a daily routine now and Im really in to my swing…..with everything So even though Ive had some shite news about my knee. Nothing changes as this lifestyle is what I love and the process i cant live without. So I will keep improving in one way or another.
Great push session today. Swapped in the strive incline press today and felt great the session volume was perfect. The Mito stack is really assisting with how Im feeling and to day Ive been off cycle as such for nearly 9 months and it will be basically 10 and a half to 11 months before I get back on cycle all being well. I don’t look to bad….
Pull tomorrow and buzzing to get in and get the session nailed!
