Same weight again today, less sleep and smaller bowel movement so likely leaner and tighter, few more days left of digging and it’s time to peak, I will likely start by backing off steps from Friday, food won’t be needed to be adjusted yet I will want to first drop fatigue and lowering steps / lipolitics will take care of this intially going into the peak next week.
This prep has flown by, it has been crazy but feelin very decent all things considering I am probably running on adrenaline as the look is alright.

Good luck sasan what your oral and cycle this week?
So post refeed I gained 4 lbs which was quite a bit lower then I expected but a good sign all in all.
Means a couple things, i was overly flat which means I can definitely afford to bring food up more once the excess drops off
2 days on and I’m down 3 lbs. So another 1-2 lbs and I’ll try and hold.
Looking at my check in pics dialy now with being 11 days out I just want to make sure I’m looking my best or close to, every day. And I’ll adjust food according to how I look
If I flatten it soften, if I start to lose fulness in places I don’t want to, food and or output will get adjusted accordingly
Mentally quite drained. Trying to maintain isn’t too easy lol I’m usually pushing hard still with one goal:. Go into peak peak almost deflated.
Peak will be also play out the same way .
Daily check ins and adjustments.I will however make sure I’m on the flatter side going into the last 3 days so I know I can carb up somewhat and stay tight whilst try and peak

Hey buddy! Personally I would use it I think it will be fine! They do go off in my opinion eventually but I would likely still use it up to 12 months after expiration, anything longer than that I would probably not use.

I don’t mean to sound insensitive as I don’t know the full picture, if there is one. But can you expand on what you mean by not mentally being able to do a cut?

I mean even if you do a growth on a not lean starting point, then after you will have to diet down anyway and you would accumulate much more fat… so if you are not mentally to diet down, don’t do nothing except maintenance
We just need to know what the context of “can’t mentally”

Im with haider – i would do a mild longer cut if you really struggle to do a harsher cut.
simply work out your maintenance kcal and create a 200kcal deficit from food.
Then add in some cardio and make sure steps are at 10k daily – 20-30 minutes cardio on wake.
I dont like 250mg test and 250mg EQ at all either – your likely going to tank your E2. Personally I would switch the EQ for 100mg primo or 200mg masteron –
