Hello buddy – some of these dont make sense.
1 – can take all together – I think this is what you are asking
2 – if BP is fine then IMO its not needed
3 – I see no issues with high protein – Cant comment on the other in relation to kidney disease being in your family

You should get your kidneys checked before taking anabolics. If you have issues then I would advise very small doses if at all.

Firstly get your bloods done and check kidneys
Secondly anavar can be taken Pre workout but not mandatory. Can be taken with winny no issues
Thirdly if no bp issues then telmisartan isn’t necessary

Rest day today and bloods are in! Pretty happy with these post cruise phase HDL has significantly improved since implementing heart care into my health stack!
I have also trialled Cardarine in this phase for the positive bump on HDL and it has has had no negative sides on RBC.
My HDL is the best it’s been post cycle in years and I believe I can carry on improving this with the continued use of heart care, love heart, NMN, vital support and omega 3’s.
Just waiting Cal’s go ahead and it’s time to get cracking. My liver function is a touch out due to me running accutane at 80mg list last 4 weeks for a case of folliculitis on my glutes and hams which I’ve had issues with for a while and haven’t been able to get rid with cleansers, antibiotics or topical treatments. So we are running a course of accutane treatment to see the results.
I will be adding in methyl folate in at 600-800mg to improve my folate score and adding in some extra glutathione to support overall health. Overall very happy.

How much sleep do you get? Do you need a cpap? Do you have an active job? Are you in a calorie deficit?
