To be it’s a terrible drug, I only literally know a couple people who do well with it, other than that it’s terrible.
Most people who look for more fullness from drugs just need more muscle, drugs don’t make that much difference imo

Use insulin needles and play around and see what area is comfiest, sits best , causes least site reaction
My post was also a poke at James competitors to try to highlight the things they are doing , in the sense that this also only really matters if your doing the Arnold’s . If your doing the Mickey Mouse classic , matters much less

Hey guys. So … yeah yesterdays session was shit. I didn’t post them but my bloods recently said my test was at 11nmol so I know I’m not firing haha. But that was down to me and staying on true trt dose and maybe a touch low ye but it is what it is. So I think is obviously getting to me as I’m feeling symptoms of it now slightly. So from here now we just have to wait for the new dosage to kick in which is 300 test. 300 primo. 300 mast. But I will just do 600 mast as I don’t trust primo here. It’s not with the agg buying it, taking it for week and it be fake. I ain’t got time to waste like that so I just stick to mast as it’s more likely to be mast. So get this kicked in. Get this rest out the way tomorrow then should be fresh and ready. Might go sauna tomorrow to chill actually in the afternoon and try push recovery a bit.

Evening guys! just back from legs and a great session at s20. Really productive session with zero joint pain. and max stimulus on the legs. session went as follows
Standing calves x 2seated calves x 2 myo rep match set adductors x 1 seated ham x 2 myo rep match setpivot leg press x 2 hack squat x 1 leg extension x 2DB split squat x 1DB glute ham hyper x 1
Theres a little room for volume to be escalated here. But the session was awesome.
held around 329-330 all week. Little bump in Androgen load from Monday
Test E 875mg/wkPrimo 1225mg/wk
2100mg/wk total
All other ancillaries remain the same Food remains the same

I would just stick to your rest day diet and take a break from cardio and training until you’re feeling better. The reduction in output will allow your body some extra calories.
However, if you have no fat loss deadline, then you could eat in a slight surplus and give your body some extra nutrients, then get back to it when you’re recovered.
Do what ever suits your plans and adherence.

With all clients over the years during Ramadan we tend to run maintain phases or slight cutting phases – I would not be trying to force a surplus when you are water fasting for long periods of time –

I think it’s more convenient and easier to run a health / maintenance phase during Ramadan for sure. Fasting is meant to be healthy as well

Blasting whilst you are fasting makes no sense, do your best to maintain size and condition and use that time
