    Evening guys! just back from legs and a great session at s20. Really productive session with zero joint pain. and max stimulus on the legs. session went as follows

    Standing calves x 2seated calves x 2 myo rep match set adductors x 1 seated ham x 2 myo rep match setpivot leg press x 2 hack squat x 1 leg extension x 2DB split squat x 1DB glute ham hyper x 1

    Theres a little room for volume to be escalated here. But the session was awesome.

    held around 329-330 all week. Little bump in Androgen load from Monday

    Test E 875mg/wkPrimo 1225mg/wk

    2100mg/wk total

    All other ancillaries remain the same Food remains the same

    I would just stick to your rest day diet and take a break from cardio and training until you’re feeling better. The reduction in output will allow your body some extra calories.

    However, if you have no fat loss deadline, then you could eat in a slight surplus and give your body some extra nutrients, then get back to it when you’re recovered.

    Do what ever suits your plans and adherence.

    With all clients over the years during Ramadan we tend to run maintain phases or slight cutting phases – I would not be trying to force a surplus when you are water fasting for long periods of time –

    I think it’s more convenient and easier to run a health / maintenance phase during Ramadan for sure. Fasting is meant to be healthy as well

    It depends if you are going to fast or not if you do fast I would drop into maintance

    Blasting whilst you are fasting makes no sense, do your best to maintain size and condition and use that time
    To spend on less drugs

    Rest – bodyweight holding, epic leg day ticked off too so super happy with how that went.

    I will run extra 30 carb today and see how we are tomorrow. Sleep has been immense I feel incredible minus sore neck / trap leaving my left side a bit tight.

    Tomorrow I am in for push, not entirely sure where I will train – I enjoyed m13 a lot so more than likely I will train there, I will check out more gyms online and see what kit is like.

    Can’t wait to get back home and keep this momentum moving! Feel extremely productive, fresh and mind feels like I am on fire again so needed this rest.

    10 total working sets so decent deduction in volume.

    Hello buddy – some of these dont make sense.

    1 – can take all together – I think this is what you are asking

    2 – if BP is fine then IMO its not needed

    3 – I see no issues with high protein – Cant comment on the other in relation to kidney disease being in your family

    yes my kidney in range.

    You should get your kidneys checked before taking anabolics. If you have issues then I would advise very small doses if at all.

    yes my bp fine my kidney in range.for proviron should take am and pm for half life or only in morning same for anavar?

    Firstly get your bloods done and check kidneys

    Secondly anavar can be taken Pre workout but not mandatory. Can be taken with winny no issues

    Thirdly if no bp issues then telmisartan isn’t necessary

    Mast doesn’t lower my e2
    Primo lowers it nicely
    Eq lowers it a lot

    I advise running your own blood work on each to see what it does to your e2 and want makes you feel the best
