    Back and biceps today , im 279 today , now lower back loading as we mullered erectors in glutes and hams with rdl

    My appetite is pretty shot still I’m at :

    650c
    80f

    400p
    450c
    100f

    Steps at 6000

    25 t3, 100 t4

    My food sources vary a little based on if I want rice , cream of rice , fruit

    Fats are just nuts and seeds

    Protein chicken or white fish

    Not much else , just ticking boxes and being consistent

    Swing squat is zero knee issue

    When I’m heavy heavy I run my estro low , as I get leaner I let it increase

    Wed – leg day –

    All meals in
    Cardio done
    Busy work day so havnt done much but work, train and work.

    legs – my knees were a little sore during this so I was cautious on most movements. Tells me my E2 may be a little low – will feed back to AJ come check in Friday

    Laying ham curls – x 8, x 8, x 6F with a drop set.
    Extensions – x 10, x 10, x 7F with a drop set
    Leg press – x 8, x 8, x 8, x 8, x 15 – all work hard work sets
    1 leg leg press – x 20, x 18F
    Seated ham curls – rest paused – x 13, x 7, x 3
    Adductor – x 15, x 12, x 9F
    Walking lunges failed on 41 steps

    Shrug x 12 x 15
    Calf x 9 x 8 x 7

    Done in an hour and 10 mins

    Feeling way less fucked up! Quads tmo

    I’ll approach with a different set of questions

    How much sleep do you get? Do you need a cpap? Do you have an active job? Are you in a calorie deficit?

    why aromasin if you use eq and mast you aromatise a lot?

    Cycle starts this week from AJ

    750mg test, 300mg EQ, 300mg mast split MWF – aromas 25mg twice a week.

    GH. Training days 5.2iu, rest days 3.8iu

    No changes to food as we keep pushing a little leaner –

    Superb session this afternoon . I always tend to have a good session on Saturdays because I get a bit of an extra sleep in the morning , and I also don’t work loads. Very happy with the trajectory these presses are taking and should this run continue, it’ll definitely reflect on the look down then line .

    Managed to dip 70kg for 5 reps , I don’t count that initial rep as it’s just me having a feel of things before I commit to the set. If I get any negative feedback I can just abandon the set but if the shoulders are happy we commit . Really keen on getting strong on these as I need to improve my arms and these are a staple if that’s the case .

    Another productive week of training wrapped up and I can’t b wait to rest up tomorrow.

    what your cycle look like in this off season?

    Delts and arms yesterday after a long day at work and my client Omer just missing out on his pro card in the overall in Iraq. So close it was. Gutted me.

    So session started off pretty shit. Didn’t feel good but it picked up and ended well. Got an incredible pump.

    Newtech shoulder press x2
    Standing gym leco strict shoulder press x2
    Standing machine lateral x3
    Seated newtech lateral x3
    Rope pull down as preacher machine curl x3
    Over head rope extension as d handle curl x3
    Db curl as machine dip

    First session back in the gym yesterday after 2 days off. Big delts and arms session after being sat at the desk all day. I was going crazy and needed to get out so bad. 2 days of sitting at a bb show then a day of sitting at my desk absolutely drove my mental state off the chart.

    So hit my session at tkmma because I had a conditioning/hiit session planned with my client and friend max. And boy did that wreck me. Thought I was going to throw up and I’ve never ever threw up from training. And I used to do a lot of this kind of training so I knew what to expect after so long off. But I did ok. Not terrible. But not great.

    The euphoric feeling I had last night was insane. I was happy and jokey all night. I loved that and I wana feel it again so gonna start doing some every week. I know it’s only going to help me grow too providing I manage recovery properly. Fitter and healthier and more explosive. Bring it on
