How much sleep do you get? Do you need a cpap? Do you have an active job? Are you in a calorie deficit?

Superb session this afternoon . I always tend to have a good session on Saturdays because I get a bit of an extra sleep in the morning , and I also don’t work loads. Very happy with the trajectory these presses are taking and should this run continue, it’ll definitely reflect on the look down then line .
Managed to dip 70kg for 5 reps , I don’t count that initial rep as it’s just me having a feel of things before I commit to the set. If I get any negative feedback I can just abandon the set but if the shoulders are happy we commit . Really keen on getting strong on these as I need to improve my arms and these are a staple if that’s the case .
Another productive week of training wrapped up and I can’t b wait to rest up tomorrow.

Delts and arms yesterday after a long day at work and my client Omer just missing out on his pro card in the overall in Iraq. So close it was. Gutted me.
So session started off pretty shit. Didn’t feel good but it picked up and ended well. Got an incredible pump.

First session back in the gym yesterday after 2 days off. Big delts and arms session after being sat at the desk all day. I was going crazy and needed to get out so bad. 2 days of sitting at a bb show then a day of sitting at my desk absolutely drove my mental state off the chart.
So hit my session at tkmma because I had a conditioning/hiit session planned with my client and friend max. And boy did that wreck me. Thought I was going to throw up and I’ve never ever threw up from training. And I used to do a lot of this kind of training so I knew what to expect after so long off. But I did ok. Not terrible. But not great.
The euphoric feeling I had last night was insane. I was happy and jokey all night. I loved that and I wana feel it again so gonna start doing some every week. I know it’s only going to help me grow too providing I manage recovery properly. Fitter and healthier and more explosive. Bring it on
