    What a horrible day it was yesterday. Flew through the night with no WiFi, delays and didn’t get home until 6am couldn’t then sleep until 8 and woke at like 4pm. Ruined. Rested just steps and cardio. Got plans through from Zac and it’s time to get this health phase done and dusted then it hammer time. And we grow like fuck !!

    Evening guys! Announced some big news today. Pheebs is 14 weeks pregnant and we are expecting a little one in April next year!

    It still feels surreal but also the most amazing news.

    I will be keeping my fertility protocol going for another month or so h til we have had the 20 week scan and I have had some semen frozen!

    Then I can get back to work!

    Great push session today with the doc! Pull tomorrow and very much looking forward to it

    What your uptade whit fertility protocole and cycle and ct scan and what your future plan on competition ?

    Really positive lower day today! Everything progressed on legs nicely. Felt strong today. Cardio and dog walk done.

    BW stabilised at 294.2lbs this AM

    glowblend will go in tonight from proforma peptides which Im looking forward to getting in…..

    Rest day tomorrow and podcast recording. Then a new starter plan to set up!

    289lbs this AM cardio done again its a daily routine now and Im really in to my swing…..with everything So even though Ive had some shite news about my knee. Nothing changes as this lifestyle is what I love and the process i cant live without. So I will keep improving in one way or another.

    Great push session today. Swapped in the strive incline press today and felt great the session volume was perfect. The Mito stack is really assisting with how Im feeling and to day Ive been off cycle as such for nearly 9 months and it will be basically 10 and a half to 11 months before I get back on cycle all being well. I don’t look to bad….

    Pull tomorrow and buzzing to get in and get the session nailed!

    Hey Joe, I’ve heard mixed things about DHB, especially regarding its potential liver toxicity. Just curious – how do you personally tolerate it at 350 mg? Any noticeable sides or bloodwork impact you’ve seen?

    Hey man literally none whatsoever and I’ve ran it up to around 600 before too bud, find it very good for ‘lean gains’ and maintaining tissue in a cut. A good replacement for tren imo. Weighing the pros and the cons of the two tren wrecks me so bad and Dhb I feel nothing brother[/quote]

    Workout adjusted due to layout for client and the fact food and hydration has been off this week.

    Legs was incredible, once again. I was saying to Nick at my check-in that this is the stage of my offseason where everything is just clicking – that middle portion – much like when you’re 12-6 weeks out and everything feels incredible and you feel incredible.

    Recovery is in an insanely good spot due to the balance of using a little more volume, sleep discipline being much better, and PEDs being close to peak for this cycle.

    Prime lying leg curls – 2 sets, 8-12 + double drop

    Prime leg ex – 3 sets, 8-15 + quadruple drop

    Hack squat – 1 set, 8-12, 1 cluster set

    Horizontal leg press – 1 set, 8-12, 1 back-off, 12-15

    Seated leg curls – 3 sets, 12-15

    Seated PL calve raises – 3 sets, 20

    Check in feedback from Kuba this morning he is very very happy with where I am at with 6 weeks 2 days until show number one. I am on track and it’s business as usual with no changes to the plan.

    I had a great training session this morning for upper, feel like I’m so zoned in that regardless of bodyweight coming down I’m there to take what’s mine and give absolutely everything.

    Full session today was;

    Prime chest row x2
    Underhand pulldown x2
    Lying cuff lat raise x2
    Neutral grip chest press x2
    Incline chest press x2
    Triceps rope push down x2
    Nytram bicep curl x2
