    Usually oil based steroids will be perfectly fine and orals a definitely stable. It’s not a case of them going bad or off.

    Amazing back session today. Best one I’ve had in a while. Everything is just really clicking atm. Strength is great and I’m enjoying training. Many preps in the past I’ve been struggling to enjoy training this deep into a prep so this is a very good sign. Did a few posing rounds after today with Adam too and think I’ve finally chosen my posing track, so looking forward to piecing that together too over the next few days and getting that nailed on. Another day done. Up at 5am tomorrow to do it all over again, delts and bis is tomorrow session!

    Push session today. Good session. Incredible pump tbh. But I do feel fat and I’m not happy. But I think we may be starting the health phase a little earlier than planned and prep earlier than planned too. So that’s something. But we will see.

    Carbs – 50% reduced rest days

    Going to focus first 6 weeks on recomping as I get heavier n see how lean I can stay up to 240lb

    Rest day today and I don’t feel like I’ve had one at! Legs fatigue carrying over into today massively.

    Even though tired steps ended up being higher than usual.

    Anyway how time for bed and a huge push session tomorrow

    Rest day today for me

    Check in feedback was more food to go in on training day and non training day

    Blood work to be done in the next week to see where it is sitting

    Have also added in 10iu lantus with meal 1 now

    Evening guys a very busy day again at the laptop today….

    Only minimal steps today as it’s so icey on our road I didn’t want to go to far out with the dogs so did 300 kcals on the spin bike around 22 mins it took me I went moderately hard. Got a good sweat on. Then literally back to back on the laptop getting my clients changed over to there new sheets from there check ins. They all love the new sheets so far. So it’s worth it. A lot of clients starting prep. And it’s gearing up to be a busy year. Trained at 6pm after most of work boxed off. Left the logbook and just went in a trained

    Life fitness upper back x 3

    Was a very intense enjoyable session.

    Bodyweight has trended up nicely this week. I’ve increased androgens to

    14000mg EQ

    Added Lantus in at 20iu

    Novarpaid 10iu pre back day from today. And will probably look at pushing some extra carbs around the workout window for my pull days.

    First session of the new year today for me!

    Pull and legs and it was a great session back in….scaled back volume and load a touch since being ill and it was the perfect session back in.

    Didn’t weigh today but New Year’s Day I was 320.4lbs so 8lbs down from Xmas eve after 4 days noravirus 7 days out the gym and 5/6 where diet wasn’t quite back up to scratch due to illness, appetite and digestion.

    But today appetite is back in a great spot. Digestion is good and my routine is back on point!

    So we can move through the gears from here nicely….

    SLDL x 1
    SA pull-down x 3
    SA row x 2
    Prime extreme x 1
    Close grip pull-down x 2
    Seated ham x 1
    SL leg press x 1
    Cable curl x 3 + dropset

    Ready and eager to get 2025 cracking! I’ve been having a good think about shows. And I have 2 options available depending on if I feel I’ve made sufficient progress in April

    That will be Prague, Romania, Alicante and nd of October until end of November 2025….or I will push up until April, do an 8-10 week diet phase. Whilst on lower drugs and get nice and lean. Tonoushbup again up again until October, little freshen up and start prep Novemebr/December ready for Detroit & NY pro 2026 before me and pheebs get married. 1 I’ll be leaner to get in a suit and then I will have 2026 off totally and be ready for mid year shows 2027…..

    The main thing is I make the most out of these next 16 weeks off season and make a decision from there

    Food is sitting at 5.2k per day now which is the most I’ve ever been on. It’s showing in both performance and the look, exciting times! Another 7 weeks left to push up before we run the health phase and pull things back.

    Legs tomorrow. 2nd best day of the week after posterior IMO 😈👌🏼

    Rest today was needed. So so smashed. So much so I took the trip to Binous just to do the stairs to make sure my intensity didn’t drop on the cross trainer. Back for work and food. Then out to the mall. Then back for work calls and then out for a haircut. So a lot done which is good and I’m rating to go and smash push tomorrow after a busy morning of client check ins and of course my own check in with cal! Let’s see how things are looking after one of the hardest heaviest weeks of training I’ve had in a very long time.

    so many people I know been getting stung with dodgy under dosed stuff in Dubai I would be super careful – I dont know of any brand that people say is 100% all the time

    Primo for which reason you don’t like it more because the most is fake ? Or believe that EQ gives u better results ??

    Ask you for the max weeks which u use EQ because many tell that the eq works after the 10 weeks … I don’t believe that but you prefer to change the second compound every 6-8 weeks ? This works better ?

    Eq gives me better results then primo when growing. Primo / masteron is better during contest prep
