    What your experience now between primo vs eq and think startin to peak?

    Awesome push day today, the pumps are painful currently…..Literally the best Ive felt in the gym for a long time. BW is climbing pretty quick, Like my body just wants to really take off. I havent changed food once, Im being diligent with my cardio and steps, and the body is responding fast to higher GH and drugs being back in. So im just going to allow it to run its course. As appetite is still sky and Im still very sensitive average 4.5 fasted BG with no exogenous insulin yet just in sure in a morning.

    Incline pressing was up and JM press was up in a big way today, I took progressions across all lifts again, My strength has really climbed this last week with higher BW. But I am not getting carried away here.

    the new dining table arrived this evening so was nice to eat our meal together at the table. Slowly nut surely coming together now.

    I’ve only been on cycle 10 days so I can’t give an accurate answer yet until drugs fully saturate and I have bloods done in 5 weeks or so buddy[/quote]

    Haider can you tell what brand you use in dubai i still use keifei but i dont want the spend money on low quality brand ?

    Rest day today guys. Terrible sleep last night. Well actually wasn’t bad. I just woke up at stupid o clock and couldn’t sleep so just got on with the day. Smashed my check ins. Hit half of my cardio then onto my first meeting of the day. Then into the second. Then straight from there to do the school pick up. Home for dinner out to finish steps and cardio and then tried to chill this evening until now …. Big push session tomorrow going down ! Lfg

    You like your e2 over range or end of range like 50pg/ml or high?

    Had to train fasted today and I didn’t like it at all. Considering this is how I have trained from time to time with no issues goes to show how dependent and reliant I am on the routine I have with pre workout carbs and fats in. Any how. It got done. The session went well considering how I felt. I just manned up an smashed it out and like I said it went well. Hit decent numbers and considering it was fasted the gh and the pumpage did definitely help with the pump. Back to normal tomorrow with a pull session about to get nailed

    Even whit 1g eq and e2 in range you got watery whit 400 test ?

    Tbh 900 prep alone sounds like hell to me , even with adex in , I literally can’t walk from the pumps , it’s a super odd drug for me

    Yes all blood work are good but i retain water give me breathless

    Water retention is normal initially on anabolics but usually your body will find homeostasis and balance out. If your on anabolics then you should get regular blood work to keep track of kidneys, liver, cholesterol and rbc and do regular blood pressure readings.

    Hello jordan i want to ask you if you take high test you got watery is that water affect heart and lunge what side effect even whit adex and telmisartan and been lean that why you do low test high dht?

    Strength increasing and recovering well from escalation in volume.

    Off season started today….

    Cycle started today:-

    150mg Test E daily150mg EQ daily GH 14iu TD 12iu NTDT4 150mcgTelmisartan 40mgMetformin 500mgL-carnitine 1000mg

    Had my off plan meal this evening post pus pre pull tomorrow:-

    chicken & Lamb tikka boiled ricesaladpeshwari naanchips

    I like to keep it pretty clean with food sources that digest well – just an influx of calories….

    Cal has let me use EQ yes. I have stated what I would like to trial this off season. My RBC is always in the low to mid 150’s without any blood lets. Due to keeping my cardio and supplementation on point

    Im at a point in my career where I want to pick the compunds that are going to drive the most bang for buck in terms of muscle building potential. Whilst still keeping an eye on bloods every 8 weeks. If things skew i will assess the stack desgin.

    What is scary to cause dead is water weight bad for heart and breadin and cholesterol or what peter ??

    Very very very uncomfy , that’s what I mean above that I won’t do that again, that’s some scary shit I’m not kidding and life is amazing and not worth sacrificing . I really want to win next year just so I can feel proud of knowing I had a last crack , but I have no urge or even a need to blow up like that , as no joke I think it would kill me if I tried it again

    Rest day today and I’ve been absolutely trashed all day. Hypo early. Then another post cardio. Then I stupidly went for a long walk in the sun to get steps in and that absolutely trashed me too. So just been struggling all day. Gonna get to bed now and ready for a big push session tomorrow with my client onur. Get some weight lifted and mixed up as we’re going train sf so will hit the Atlantis incline there for a change.

    cardio done -20 minutes on wake pre meal 1

    all meals will go in – food has been bumped again

    Trained another full body session in UF today and logged this so will keep logging the third FB of the week to – Still enjoying these sessions.

    Seated lateral machine – 2 x 8-12

    rear delt machine – 2 x 12-15

    Preacher curl – 2 x 8-12

    Tricep extension machine – 2 x 12-15

    Bi/tri SS – 2 sets 15 reps plus

    Smith bent over rows – x 5, x 13 – over shot the first one.

    neutrall grip PD – 2 x 10-12

    Pec dec – 2 x 12-15

    Incline press – 1 x 8 with a drop set

    1 leg ham curls -2 x 8-12

    Pendulum – 2 x 8-12

    was pretty ruined after this.

    Still the odd ED issue so it cant be the GH – as have been off for 2 weeks so this will go back in from today – 4.8iu pre bed
