Why always take low eq . You can up test and up eq for e2??

4 weeks oxyGh – none currently as I’m coming to the conclusion there may be a link between this use and some ED issues I was experiencing so am currently trying to figure if this is the case

So first arm day on the new two week split today – been ages since I did arms alone and it was a banger.
Used my occlusion bands like I did last off season and honestly the pump you get with them is crazy. Still shifted some decent weight and very good workout. Today’s session was as follows. 2 sets and sometimes second set we did an intensifier too.

Single arm bicep curl machine

I folow the plan weight dosent moving but i feel some recomp.can still whit same macro or cut 50g carb or add 5min cardio?
I would personable go to 250 test to boost metabolism , recovery, strength etc add 20 minutes fasted cardio, diet wise start with 1-1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight , place 100g carbs at meals 1, pre and post, pro – veg at other meals, training hard, and see how you get on after a week then adjust things if you need to

How long you are in this cut and how much you lose per week you still on 250test no clen no mast ?
Leg day was not a success today. Stupidly so fucking stupidly decided to hack because I was training with someone who wanted to hack and it blew my knee on the first heavy set. And now it’s fucking killing. So that’s that fucked. Fucking fuming. I was also unbelievably flat today. Yesterday food did 0
So pushed the food a bit harder today. Nothing crazy but just a few more carbs and a little bit more fat hoping it’ll stick a little bit this week. Rest day and a very low food day tomorrow and back to regular output too sk doubt it will last long but it is what it is. Another week of fat loss incoming ! Kind of tempted to push hard again but also don’t wanna get too flat as I’m tempted to extend the time between this feed and the next and run flat a touch longer to see what we can get out of the second to last week 😅. -
Can i add some mast e to transform and prime my body for off season ?
I would agree with sas and go to 250mg straight away.
I would also use clen for the duration TBH –I almost never use t3 with people unless its comp clients as I dont see a need to just get lean lean but you can do if wish

Rest day today
Been bonding 268-270 since dropping carbs
I feel a lot better always: appetite is up (not high but it won’t be high now till next contest prep lol)
Feel a lot less bloated and watery.
I’ve decided to drop into a cruise now too since when thinking about it the pushed too long without any breaks
So 400mg test only for 6-8 weeks
I’ll keep gh and insulin in to make sure I can still progress. Which I know I can ; just very slow
I’ll bump cards back up to 1000g in a . Few days
Yesterdays chest day was SO SO, light training for a few more days then crank that back up too
