    Yeah try the food increase and if after a few weeks you’re still not happy with progression, then
    Increasing volume isn’t the answer if you’re not progressing the sets you’re already doing

    Non training day, recovery work, tanning, and cold plunge at normal training time

    Do it in the manner that you want to do it in, and if you find you’re overdoing it and can’t recover then do less / adjust accordingly
