The only way you’ll know is to try it, see how it feels, how recovery is, and how you’re able to progress each session and visual improvements. And then you just make any needed changes based on that.

For beginners they’re not going to have the muscle connection and intensity within a given set to get the most out of low volume. So I would personally go with a more volume vs less approach

Take the current amount you are eating and increase by 500 calories. Just start there and take weekly progress pics and base any changes on your progress in your physique and gym performance and recovery. Maybe aiming 1-2 lb gain per week and just monitor excessive body fat gain

Looks fine to me man. There’s some things I personally would reorder but just based on personal preference. I say just try this and see how you get on with it in regards to progress, recovery etc!
