I personally supplement with greens product as opposed to eating veggies because for some reason after my hernia surgery I just cannot handle eating greens very well.
But unless you have some sort of issue in eating them, then yes def get your fiber in through just adding greens and fruits to your mealsTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10
