I personally cannot do stairs for cardio as it overly flattens my legs so I stick to the recumbent bike. You kind of just have to trial and error it for yourself and see what works best for you

Is there a specific reason you want to follow an upper lower split and not a “bro” split or PPL?
I think you have a good physique, just need equal development everywhere and maybe a bit extra work to the back wouldn’t hurt!
there is no specific reason for me to do upper and lower, I’m just looking for a better division to develop myself, do you think that push, pull, rest, Legs, repeat would fit better?[/quote]
Yeah others in the group may have a different opinion, but if I were personally advising or coaching you I’d have you do PPLTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

No, 4 is not too low if your effort is there. I grow on 3 days per week.
But in terms of your split here, why not just train less consecutive days and implement rest days between?

Go for it and then once you form some consistency with it and gather feedback report back here and we can further help you with any tweaks needed based off that!

I would just start dieting with no date in mind and see how the progress goes and then make plans from there with a timeline

No, if anything the belt can contribute to a hernia because of the pressure
The best thing you can do is build a strong core and focus on proper breathing in your training
But also remember, hernias come through weak fascia, not necessarily a weak core

Question…
Do you get feedback from judging usually, or do you prefer to step back and use you and your coach’s opinions?
I am my own coach lol but yes I get judges feedback as well

If it was that then the only way to know is to drop it and wait and see. Maybe a week. If after that there is still no improvement then try eliminating something else
