    Here is what I do:

    Pre training meal 1-1.5 hrs prior to starting training

    Intra training drink consisting of TBJP sustain and EAA’s

    Post training meal 30 min – 1 hr post training consisting of carbs and protein

    Non training day. Body/massage work at normal training time
