    Lateral raise machine
    Rear delt fly

    If I showed my beginning pics, no one would believe I have the structure to ever get on the Olympia stage.
    So potential isn’t determined by current look, while structure, ability to put on muscle, etc does play a role, the only way to find out potential is to work relentlessly toward the goal and finding out!

    It depends on your look. Will you even need the diazide the night before? If you do, just assess your look in the morning, if you’re watery and full then maybe there’s a case for needing it. But if you’re even slightly flat I wouldn’t take morning of show. You won’t spill unless you’re putting too much water back in or eating too much

    No cardio. Posing rounds

    Leg training is done until after the show, so I’ll be splitting up upper body pumps the remaining days

    Today I did some back – 1 set of each

    Wide pull down

    Chest supported row

    Single arm row

    Neutral grip pull down

    Cable Pullover

    Hard to say man as we don’t know anything about your nutrition, training, recovery etc
    But id work on regulating a more consistent sleeping routine sleep time, wake up time, etc
