If I showed my beginning pics, no one would believe I have the structure to ever get on the Olympia stage.

It depends on your look. Will you even need the diazide the night before? If you do, just assess your look in the morning, if you’re watery and full then maybe there’s a case for needing it. But if you’re even slightly flat I wouldn’t take morning of show. You won’t spill unless you’re putting too much water back in or eating too much

Leg training is done until after the show, so I’ll be splitting up upper body pumps the remaining days
