Probably just you making it wrong lol
And also if you truly don’t like it then you don’t have to eat it

I’ve never tried it or heard of it. Just try it and see if it impacts digestion at all, if it doesn’t great keep eating it, if it does then stop eating it

Hey guys, just gonna post in the same forum

So it’s about high carb “refeed” days

So I went from 163 to 157.2 this morning just in 2 weeks

When would yall justify a refeed day ? Or even at all in a 6 week mini cut

I doubt a refeed is needed yet. And this also answers the question if daily cardio is needed. If you’re dropping that fast then no need to add more cardio yet.
These two questions are contradictory of each other lol

Yes it is fine. Is it always best? That just depends on the person and their recoverability. In your specific case I’d say go ahead and try it and see what response you get

JP has some good instructional videos on structuring full body training or upper lower. Both good options to try.
The most optimal is what you can stick to consistently and progress

For as long as you can continue progressing training, recovering well, staying insulin sensitive and not getting fat.

I wouldn’t personally make that big of a jump. Gradual would more so be like a 50g carb increase to start, run that a week, maybe bump up another 50g, ride that for a couple of weeks, and another 25g added, all according to body comp progression and training performance and recovery

After how many meals do you typically train? And are you currently in a deficit, surplus, or maintenance?

Yes. Just stick with the movements you feel and continue progressing them until you can’t, and then try other movements and develop a connection with them

Yeah you can continue the deficit and get back to stage lean, and then slowly and sensibly start to progress up from there

I would say as lean as you can get until things start to go backwards in your training, recovery, etc

Only you would know it it is possible based on the progression you see from your physique whilst doing it

If for a week you removed the LISS and increased your steps, and you still progressed in your fat loss then you are golden
If you find you regressed, then I’d look into maybe getting a piece of cardio equipment for your home that allows you to create the time to get it done and be able to do what it takes to progress your diet phase

That’s perfectly fine! I like the idea of what James has laid out for you, so pick one of those and see how you do performance, progression, and recovery wise. After a few weeks report back here with some feedback and we can help you adjust further based on that if needed

I never have nor do I know anyone personally that has.

I’m not a fan of extreme fad diets honestly. I like to find the most sustainable form of diet for the individual.

In the case that you are trying to fix gut issues, I would list out every single thing you are eating daily and narrow it down to the basics, and then do a process of elimination on what foods may be causing the issue
